Breakfast sandwhich was never toasted, sourdough bread was soggy! Donut was fine. Coffee was like they dumped pound sugar in it.

Thursday, September 26/2024 at 530. This Duncan is closed doors are locked. I drove all the way here to get a cup of coffee, and I will never come back! Waste of my gas to drive all the way to this, dunkin location, to find out the doors are locked when they're supposed to be open to 7pm

Ordered a bagel it was hard as a rock. Gave it back was told to try a different kind ordered what was recommended it was also bad. Through it in the garage and walked out never to return

At one time this DD provided great service and good bagels. Coffee is still great BUT bagels are often STALE. I couldn't even bite into my lightly toasted bagel. I took it back and they graciously replaced it. BUT the second one was just as hard and stale. They refunded my money

Good location, got some hash browns that were like biting into a gemstone from the crystal cave gift shop but they swapped it out when I brought it back without an issue. ?️
No straw in bag for to go order.. took top off large coffee to drink it and spilt the whole thing all over my new car after one sip.

Heard that dunkin donuts was selling breakfast empandadas and I wanted to try it. The employees were nice and very helpful. I also got a vanilla bean coolata. The empandadas aren't too bad, I feel like they should put more ingredients inside. Other than that I would rate the breakfast empandadas a 6 out of 10.
