Chocolate chip muffin was the absolute worse I've ever had. Muffin was so dry it feel apart and crumbled into a pile when I tried to eat it. The rest of the donuts and munchkins were good.

Cleanest and most organized dunkin I’ve ever been to.
Third time this week my wife and I went to get coffee and a donut and all three times they were completely out of donuts by 11AM. Leave there and go to Cedar crest or Fogelsville and they are completely stocked. Said something to an employee today and his response was basically “what do you want me to do I’m not the manager.” The service is usually great and the people are very nice but how is it they are so consistently out of donuts?

Talk about disappointment! I ordered the $5 morning wrap meal, with two orders of hashbrowns. The meal comes with a coffee, and I got a medium ice coffee. Let's just say there was barely ANY coffee in the cup. Basically the whole thing was full of huge ice cubes. The hashbrowns were also burnt and crispy. I ordered it as a mobile order and was in a rush to realize until after I drove away. Not happy

By far the friendliest and most uplifting atmosphere and staff I’ve ever experienced in a Dunkin. Coffee was made swiftly and correctly. Staff even added a little treat to our order out of kindness. This Dunkin needs more spotlight as a staple of Trexlertown.
