By far the friendliest and most uplifting atmosphere and staff I’ve ever experienced in a Dunkin. Coffee was made swiftly and correctly. Staff even added a little treat to our order out of kindness. This Dunkin needs more spotlight as a staple of Trexlertown.
I’ve been coming here once a day sometimes twice a day for the past year. I always get the Carmel craze latte & I'm so glad I started coming here. I’ve made friends with Malika along with a few others. Malika is my favorite. I swear she’s there everyday! She always puts a smile on my face & she treats me like family. It’s nice to feel appreciated & welcomed especially since I’m here everyday. I now know her voice on the intercom at the drive thru. I say “hi Malika” & she knows it’s me! She asks how I’m doing & she even remembers my name AND my order! I speak very highly of this place not just because of the great drinks but also because of people like Malika. The world needs more “queens” like Malika! Thank you Dunkin for treating me like family & providing great customer service. I’ll continue coming here for a very long time to come!

I love my dear friend Malaika who has the biggest smile in that place and she's the one taking orders at the drive thru, every morning I just say hello my friend thru the intercom and she answers my order back to me without me even starting and its hilarious, she's really funny and really great at what she does,I'm super grateful for having her as a friend and for the smiles she has shared with me over the past few months, we need more people like her in this World. A lot of this reviews as talking negative things about the place but it sounds to me it's more personal than the actual review for service and the employees, if you bought one day and the order wasn't right?you're gonna make a review because you've been buying there for a long time and that day they got it wrong, really?You are been a Karen no questions asked, we are humans and we all make mistakes,specially when you are running all over the place so they can service every client as quick as possible, instead of giving attitude and arguing with the employees, be kind and polite to them cause just like we all are trying to make a living in this crazy planet we humbly call home they are trying to earn their honest living too,I'm grateful for all you guys and you all do an amazing job,so thank you all for the smiles and thank you my dear friend Makila for making laugh even on days that ive felt down, blessings to you all and again thank you for your hard work,you guys are awesome.

This franchise has a racial bigotry problem it has to be said they can't employ blacks or anyone not from india or is it bangladesh in that store near texas Road house whenever someone asks for a job the mostly indian staff there will lie to you that the manager is not in the store telling you to leave behind your contacts that they will call you later which they don't this happened to my cousin 2months ago damn

I wish I could give this place 0 star. The guys here don’t know what is customer service. Few of them don’t understand English well. Most of them got such a bad attitude. They will also either give wrong order or the order is not complete (i.e. coffee would be missing). I don’t know who is the store manager for this location but he needs to train his staff properly.
