This Dunkin is always extremely fast and the staff is always so pleasant. The line could be wrapped around the building and I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my order. Great service by the whole staff

Just went in today Monday 19/2026 around 2pm to get my usual frenchvanilla matcha it tasted horrible and when I asked the girl that working nicely to redo it because it didn’t taste like anything it supposed to taste like she just decided to add more French vanilla which made the drink taste more horrible I get people having bad days but if I spend my hard work money on a drink that might be luxury for me the least the employer could do is to deliver the drink how is supposed to be done on top of that she had a horrible attitude when I was nothing but nice & just wanted my usual drink if you dont like your job go get another one it’s not fair for the customers to get shitty treatment & shitty drinks just because you’re unhappy with your life

I’ve been coming to this location for well over 10 years and recently the service and quality has seriously declined. 2 weeks ago I waited a pretty long time in the drive thru and was given a coffee that tasted like it was made with ocean water. Yesterday, the person serving the drive thru didn’t say anything to me at all and I received a cold brew that was made with stale coffee. Tried one last time today. The drive up line was really long at 12:15 pm so I went inside. I stood there at the counter for a few minutes and was never acknowledged. The worker looked at me several times and didn’t even say hello or I’ll be with you in a minute. She just went back to what she was doing. There was no one working the counter. So I left. There’s plenty of other locations nearby. I won’t be back to this one after today. I’d recommend going to any of the others. They have much better service.
