I’m giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it’s honestly one of the more reliable and consistent locations I’ve visited. The coffee was fresh, the order was made correctly, and everything came out pretty quickly even though they were a bit busy when I stopped in. The staff was friendly and moved the line along without making anyone feel rushed, which I always appreciate.
The donuts were soft and tasted like they were made recently—not dry or old like some places. My breakfast sandwich was warm, cooked well, and didn’t fall apart. The store was fairly clean, including the tables and the pickup area, which made the experience even better.
The only small reason it’s not a full five stars is because the drive-thru wait was a little longer than expected, but overall the service and food made up for it. If you’re looking for good coffee, quick breakfast, and dependable quality, this Dunkin’ definitely delivers.

Their prices are significantly higher than other DDs in the area and they don't have anything. I asked for ten munchkins (half chocolate, half pumpkin). When I got to the window, they handed me a cup with random munchkins and told me that's all they had. I asked for a spider donut instead. They gave me an orange glazed donut with a chocolate munchkin in the middle (no design) and told me it was a spider donut. For $2.50. 🙄 No thanks. I won't be back.

Horrible Service Very Rude! Go to different location I had a terrible experience at this location. When I politely asked for my coffee to be remade, instead of helping, the staff questioned me and gave me rude looks. Three employees essentially ganged up on me at the drive-through, insisting that “this is how it comes” instead of simply fixing the order. Then, they told me to come inside—even though I clearly had three small children in the car, including babies. At that point, I did not feel comfortable or trust them to remake my coffees, so I drove away. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

If you want breakfast sandwich made when you order it (made to order) this Dunkin Donuts not the one. We ordered breakfast sandwich made fresh, they said all their sandwiches are fresh. Bbreakfast sandwich we ordered earlier this week was not hot because not made when ordered. Sounded like they understood...but again sandwich was barely warm as if it was under a heat lamp.
Another DD close by makes our sandwich while waiting in drive-thru line. By the time we get to window to pay, they have made both sandwiches and they're both hot and fresh. So we will go to that location when we qant breakfast sandwich with coffee.

I ordered on app and apparently there’s 2 locations for Lehigh st - I’m not from the area so I do not know. They can’t fulfil my order without repaying. I try to call the correct location for my money back, the number doesn’t work. I try to chat w them, they say it’ll take 2 days for someone to get back to me. I try to call they say they can’t help w mobile orders . What a joke, and $20 wasted. I have a feeling this happens frequently.
Explain to me how you can have the audacity to charge $12 and change for a dozen donuts for them to be STALE!! EVERY SINGLE TIME WE'VE GONE THERE!!

When my partner or I go here, we always get hard bagels, donuts, muffins, etc. Just today my partner got a sausage wrap and right after he ate it his stomach was in knots. He has been puking from both ends, has a temp, in pain all over, etc. He is now hospitalized from food poisoning. He knew something was off this morning after he ate his food. The food here is always gross. I told him to go to a different Dunkin before he went because the food always sucks here.

I ordered iced coffee with EXTRA CREAM AND SUGAR and I got BLACK COFFEE WITH MINIMAL SUGAR.
I also got HALF a bag of tattertos. Like bro, yall might as well close and let some actual good food be made by people who understand that im not gonna waste my money here if your gonna be cheap with your ingredient. Would not recommend and it’s obvious why theres never cars here, these dude suck.

Awful. The bagel is hard as a rock. And the coffee was bitter. I thought It was maybe one-off. But I've been at this location few times. I feel they are serving poor quality. Need coffee, you better off driving few minutes to another location.
