We stopped here for a cup of coffee while visiting a friend. This is the cleanest Dunkin in Allentown. Instead of "grab and go," we decided to grab a seat and have our coffee inside.

Must have been shift change ir the person was new. Took a long time m e and only got half my order at first and when I pointed out my wrap was missing, I had to wait another 5 minutes.

The only thing I didn't like was when the manager was sweeping the trash towards me as I was using the ordering machine as if I wasn't there, then sweeping as all of us in the store were eating. It was kicking dirt in the air. I can understand if it was a cloth push mop broom. That's my only complaint.

The service and atmosphere here has really gone down hill the owner yelling thru drive thru speaker can I help you...anything else anything else. He does not even give you a chance to say uour next item he is yelling anything else. Also when you get to the window he yells your total such an angry man yelling at the staff all the time
