Apparently, they do not gut Fishes upon customer's request. Not sure why but unfortunately, I might have to try other neighboring Fish markets because of this reason.

I bought fish there on Saturday and Sunday weather was bad so I couldn't returned the same day I went back on Tuesday and I had an argument with the lady and the son. After spending $70 just in 3 red snapper that tools that couldn't exchange that maybe I left the fish out, how after spending $70 in fish in going to let it out of the freezer. Fish was rotten and the smell was terrible. WILL NEVER, EVER BUY THERE AGAIN

If I could give this place zero stars and still review it I would . Let me start off by saying how disgusting the owners are the male and female. They sold me old products that smelled horrible , then refused to give a refund or exchange for something else. Immediately turned into defense mode and started arguing with me stating they would not change anything and there isn’t anything they would do. I’ve been to this establishment for the first time and to think that they would actually know how to treat customers I was wrong. Many people have also complained about this place , I wanted to give them a try myself and everyone was correct.
Avoid coming here to spend your hard earned money at the end of the day they don’t care if anything is old they’ll still sell it to you without any regards for you.

I went yesterday 6.3.24 for crabs? The lady behind the counter is always very nice. I bought a dozen crabs for $25, I asked for large crabs, I looked in the bag before leaving and they were very small and they were all females, small was all they had yesterday. I bought them anyway because I wanted crabs so bad lol. I took them home and cooked them, they were very tasty ? just very small not regulation size at all. I'll be glad when they get some large crabs in.

This morning I called Elias and asked for the price and the size of the live Blue Crabs, I was told they were medium at 30/dz. They go into the back to get the crabs, which is fine because I check before I leave anyway, they look good on top , it’s not like you can see all of them. I get home and the 3 crabs on top were what I would consider medium but the rest of the crabs are so small! So I call to let them know I’m not happy about that and the lady first tell me that she told me that so many died and this is all they had left. WRONG! I called early in the morning and came maybe 30 minutes later and a man was the only person there. I never spoke to her or did business with her, I talked to a man on the phone and when I came in, I did the business transaction with the man. This just goes to show that others have complained TODAY. Then she tell me that it’s not her fault if they are dead, I never said anything about dead crabs. They were very much alive. Most of them are missing so many legs as well. And get this, next she says “oh this is not the season for them so that is why they are small” and that can be true but when I take the time to call and you tell me one thing, I get there and you show me that but when I get home, it’s all smoke and mirrors for 30/dz.. I have every right to be upset. Please treat your customers better.

Its clean. You dnt smell the fish outside or inside which is great! Pricing is really good what i dont like is to get your crabs, crab legs & others they go into a storage type freezer collect for you and then bring the food bk out. In other words you cannot pick your own & i feel a lil funny about that. I like to be able to see what im purchasing. My sister bought some blue crabs and when we got them home they were babies. So small smh. There were no options of male or female or size options. they were so small my sister was upset that she could not pick them out or at least see them.
