For a quick bite the food I personally think is good however they need to get rid of the young lady in the front who is literally always on her phone. She doesn’t realize you just walked in. Attitude is absolutely gross. And literally had me waiting for a smoothie , she was sitting on her phone and didn’t start making my smoothie after me waiting for 10 minutes with no other customers in there, after I asked for an estimate on my order. She is rude and lazy and that’s no way to run a business.

Really good food, cook is very friendly and not mention an exceptional cook however, service sucks!!!! The woman in the front taking orders clearly doesn’t want to work she’s soooooooo filled with attitude she’ll make it her business to take your order incorrectly. I can’t forget the music was soooooo loud Im not surprised orders are screwed up! I ordered via door dash tonight and personally called them to ask for extra condiments but shes decided to not send any at all!!! I ordered three plantain and cheese empanadas but only received two…. Definitely not going back!!!!

i came here for the first time and it will be my last time. the empanadas were nasty. they tasted like they were frozen for days and then fried. i had an empanada that was completely empty. the front desk woman was so rude and upset i didn’t speak spanish and continued to roll her eyes as i was talking. i received two empanadas that weren’t what i ordered at all. the overall experience was disappointing.

Gave our order to the person and had to wait. And got my order wrong I asked for a yuca cheese ball and they get me un empanada . Plus it wasn't even half way full.
They didn’t even have filling in the empanadas! And they were so incredibly rude, treated me like crap for no reason-I just wanted good food

Empanadas were OK. Lady behind counter was very rude. She took a phone call while we were deciding our order. After she hung up, she complained to other customers about a stupid question—if the empanadas were colombian or not. That isn't even an unreasonable question bc we were actually looking for colombian empanadas too. We felt very unwelcome to even be standing inside the store. The empanadas are not colombian.

I like the restaurant but when the people of the day are there. I normally buy daddy's yard and chicken. And the 3 times that I have gone with those who work the second shift, the potatoes cannot even be eaten because they are so hard and old. And I've gone 2 in the morning and those dads are fresh. I don't know if the owner can talk to the afternoon shift so they don't give those old dads to people.

Any resemblance to fried cake with filling is purely coincidental, luckily the golf sauce helped to tone it down. I was expecting something more Argentinian, thinking that the name Monumental referred to RIVER. On top of that, the smell of oil clung to the clothes. Luckily it's cheap!
