Wow! I really enjoyed the service here and the food was the best I have had in a while. The female manager was super kind to my wife and I. Better Five Guys. Large, clean, quick and friendly. If I’m going to pay a premium for burgers and fries I expect this. Free peanuts for the wait and ofcourse excellent burger and fries topped off with a cherry vanilla Coke. No McStomach Ache either.

Dirty tables, mushy bread, and overpriced. I hope no one else wastes their money here. This is straight trash. I could pick up random dude of the street that makes better burgers for cheaper.

So today, I did a curbside pick up for a burger And fries. I decided to do curbside pick up because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t wanna risk breathing on anyone so when I arrived at the five guys, I went to the link that was sent to my phone and I clicked on the button “I’m here” it said the food was done at 12:20. I waited in my car for 15 minutes and no one brought me my food. I ended up having to call and let them know I was outside and still the employee did not offer to bring me my food out when I selected curbside pick up when placing my order. The employee told me to come inside and get it. When I walked in, there was multiple employees standing around inside somebody could have brought me my order out. The lady basically threw the bag at me rushed me away from the counter. My order was done so after waiting all that time in the car, thinking someone would bring me the order. My food was sitting there. The food was cold. Very disappointed in the food and the service I was provided with today.

First time visiting this Five Guys Store here in Tilghman Street has been a very pleasant visit. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is nice. The store is very clean and I was able to enjoy my delicious Burger with all the toppings in a nice clean table. A good view employees were very professional, pleasant and I give it a five star. Thank you
There was a bit of a crowd and the team seemed a little short staffed but they had worked together well and got our orders right and in a decent time. Mich appreciated.

first and last time here worst milkshake i have ever had strawberry chunks taste rotten or expired fries r good took 15 mins to receive a little cajun fry and milkshake waste of money stickin to smashburger
