I really love this tofu and go through so much of it weekly! I love that it's made locally to me with organic soybeans grown locally too! Plus it's even offered through many local farmbox delivery sites. It cooks and crumbles perfectly and works in all recipes. You can tell it's made with care and not one of those massive factory pressed tofus. And no additives! I'm so happy to be able support this local brand and their amazing tofu.

The best tofu. I always buy it if i can find it at the grocery. Extra firm, not too wet, so it doesn’t make a mess if I want to press it. It’s perfect for frying and marinating. Eat local!

My favorite premade tofu.Lemon pepper s delicious as is the sesame one.Healthy, high in fiber and protein.Can be eaten cold, cut into salads or quickly heated on the stove top.I can only find it at Dean's in Basking Ridge NJ, no Whole Foods, Shoprite or Kings carries it here in Jersey which makes me upset because it is a local company.The best tofu around, buy multiple packs if you are lucky enough to find it.
