Staff people were rude and constantly hovering. Weren't even done with our plates and they kept reaching across the table taking our plates. We had to tell them many times not to. My son (disabled and needs to be entertained) and guest were done eating before I was, so they were playing a card game. Staff person came over to our table and stated manager said we could not play cards and had to leave. foods hot and love the girls.there are so nice.
food subpar, hard, dried out and not much in bins. we came in towards end of lunch time and continued to eat whatever was on buffet only to find out because 2 of us had a couple spareribs they charged dinner prices. manager was not budging. over a couple spareribs they have lost customers. do not recommend

Although some vegetables may seem undercooked and entrees can be lukewarm, the flavors are good to excellent, and the restaurant is a suitable option for families. Overall, while not every dish may be a "wow" factor, it provides a family-friendly dining experience with a friendly atmosphere and accessible facilities.
