All you can eat Chinese buffet are basically all alike. Lots of choices and limited quality. Average would be a 3 star. I gave this one 4 stars because it had a few things that lifted it up. The Mongolian bbq was excellent. They make it fresh and the meat/ shrimp was very good. They also had fresh fruit. The wait staff was quick and helpful.

The price for two people came out to roughly about $24 and some change after tax of course. The buffet selection was very diverse and did offer plenty for vegetarian appetites. The sushi was fresh and tasty, the fried rice was done well and not over cooked. The desert bar was a bit underwhelming and dry. The selection was adequate and the food was very fresh, which can be a rarity for Chinese buffets. When you get there early, for most establishments, you tend to find yesterday’s leftovers warmed and mixed into the new food. At the Gourmet Buffet and Grill, this was not the case, it was fresh.
