Placed an online order for Tuna Club, Onion Rings, & Root Beer. I screenshot and sent the order to a coworker who was going there for lunch. The coworker asked for my order and was handed a bag. He asked if everything was in the bag and was assured that it was. He pointed out that I was supposed to also have a soda. So they got my soda. However, there were no onion rings with my order. Just the sandwich and a bag of Kettle Chips.
They need to pay better attention...

The food was over cooked. Had to wait for one of our party to receive their food 15 minutes after everyone eles due to forgetting about one order. Service was not up to par very slow food coming out of the kitchen

Hamilton diner used to be 5 stars to me and my wife then we went the other day and everything seemed off the food and service . It was not the same taste and service as i expected .
