This place lights up my life. Best find in downtown Allentown; tried the roti and jerk chicken so far and both are incredible. Ms. Carol is also the sweetest and should absolutely be proud of her hard work and the love she puts into her food!!!

Don’t let the name fool you. This is soooo much more than a sandwich place! Miss Carol is an absolute gem and the food is out of this world!!! I had her jerk chicken which is much different than your typical Jamaican jerk chicken. Amazing flavor, falls off the bone and topped with her unreal garlic sauce! The meal came with rice and peas, got some beans too and cabbage I believe. It was a big meal and the price was right. The music was jamming, she was singing along and it was just great. When paying I asked her what I should get next time and she recommended the roti (which I had considered) but also the…..SHARK! She gave me a sample of it with her garlic sauce, hot sauce and some chutney as well. OUT OF THIS WORLD! I will be back for sure. Don’t miss this spot!
