Was only there once but the bartender was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. His shift was ending but he stayed a little bit longer to answer more questions. Great beer, great atmosphere!

Place is amazing. The staff, food and environment are top-notch. As someone who hosts events there, I may seem biased, I get that, but let’s just say I wouldn’t been there if it weren’t true. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be than Bru Daddy’s when it comes to karaoke and Saturday night socializing. Oh yeah, the pizza…is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m from NYC. Highly recommend.

Service is hit or miss, and food is more miss than hit. Plenty of better places to some and drink at on Hamilton, so don't bother with this place.

Stopped in for lunch. There was no one to greet and seat you even though there was a please wait to be seated sign.

Stood and waited for a few minutes and no one came over or said anything.

Turned around and left.

Took a long time to get seated and it wasn't jam packed. Food and beer came out in a timely fashion but after I paid my check I went to use the restroom and left my leftovers on the table well when I get back there was someone in my table and my food was thrown out! Pretty messed up to do that. Otherwise the food and beer was really good. They need an attendant in the front to actually seat people...

Horrible. Experience . Go to chickie and Pete said better service and better experience.

Bru Daddys hosted our end of year soccer party and they did not miss! They were very accommodating and made the set up of our event so simple and easy! Karen who coordinated our event was fantastic and made us all feel so welcome! Food was fantastic, drinks were great, and atmosphere was class! We will be back to host future events and will be back to celebrate next season!

Monday chicken wing night is awesome. Great wings, medium choice of sauces, BUT mostly sauces need serious improvement (sorry to say). Garlic/parmesan sauce is a "mess". Buffalo sauce is more vinegary than spicy hot.

Monday night, $.50 per wing. Hot honey was amazing. Pierogies were also good on the side.

Fantastic brew pub in the heart of Allentown. Brick oven pizza or huge yummy burgers. Pair with a seasonal IPA or cocktail. Worth the trip into downtown for sure
