First time here because we were in the area doing something, and we were looking for somewhere that had a lot of vegan options seeing as though we’re both vegan. They have both vegan and non vegan options. It’s an order at the counter and they bring the food out to your table type place. Had the Brussels sprouts, vegan beyond cheeseburger and vegan chicken cheesesteak. The sprouts were nice and crispy with just enough balsamic glaze that it didn’t overpower anything. Her burger was huge and she liked it and could only finish half and took the rest for later. My sandwich was huge as well: it was cooked perfectly with shredded cheese on top and the bread was delicious! It was toasted but not too toasted and I couldn’t even finish it and took the rest to go. Not sure if it was the manager or owner, but he came around to ask us how everything was, which was a welcome touch. They have specials, and the drinks menu looked really good too with different smoothies and fresh squeezed juice options. Will try that next time. Friendly staff, great food, and a cool atmosphere with original art on the walls. Next time we’re in the area we would definitely come back!

Wow just wow. I’ve been an og since you guys opened in Allentown. Amazing food all the time. Even had 3 old punch cards. Came in with the family. Let’s talk food. I had the vegan cheesesteak. Had no flavor and stomach is just hates me right now. (Going to pick up some medicine for us). Then the mac & cheese was basically box vegan Mac and cheese. With no flavor like it was missing spices or something. The hummus before in Allentown was the best. Now it tastes store brought. The only good was the fresh smoothies. Only saving grace. Sadly I won’t be coming back to give it another shot. Update - saw the owner post. Yes, the Mac and cheese won that's it. And yes you won best HUMMUS not everything you make. You were making wholesome food. I got a fastly made grease mess. Order the same thing I did from the Allentown location. So take accountability.

They are located on E 3rd Street in Southside Bethlehem.I ordered Honey Roasted Brussels (weekly special) and one of their most popular sandwiches; O.M.G (Oh My Gouda). Both Fantastic!The Brussels were tossed in habanero infused honey and then topped with scallions, walnuts, and bacon bits. Best I've ever had!Oh My Gouda is made with oven roasted turkey, bacon, gouda, lettuce, tomato, basil, honey dijon, and mayo. It's served on fresh Italian Bread. Absolutely recommend!I could eat at this place every day! First time here. Metered Street parking available. Clean and inviting location. Indoor seating available. There is a counter to order the food. Lots of vegan options available if you see something you like they are very accommodating to make it vegan. It is a challenge for me to find vegan Panini’s and when I saw the vegan Gouda chick’n chipotle Panini, I couldn’t resist. Crispy bread, great serving size (about 12 inches). They also had vegan baklava which I will 100% got every time I’m here. They also have these humongous pickles in a jar which I thought were absolutely delicious.
I did have a small issue where I found something in my food. Nothing major, but it did rub me the wrong way that I communicated that with the cashier and she was very apologetic and right away told her Manager and the cook or the chef, but no one else came to the table to talk with me about it . I did not appreciate that at all. I

This was the driest falafel and yuca fries I’ve eaten. I suspect that since it was lukewarm, it had been pre-cooked and reheated. I couldn’t eat the falafel without lots of tahini on it because it was crumbly and dry. Five minutes from pick-up to eating it, so it can’t be blamed on drying out or getting cold after the pickup. I am so disappointed after reading the positive reviews.

They have great vegan wraps, sandwiches, salads, French fries, fresh hummus, and vegan baklava. Their grape leaves have a nice lemon sauce on them. Their fresh hummus flavors change and are great.
