Place is normally good workers today on 12/13 we're lazy a poor customer dropped there drink today and instead of the workers doing there job they handed the lady a roll of paper towels to clean it up very sad. Just so the young ones can talk 0 stars for the employees today.

Great tasting ice cream. But lack of details. I had an ice cream, and they didnt put ice cream in cone handle. When I got to the end of my ice cream the cone was empty and I just had a dry cone. My girlfriend had a brownie sundae and it was a cold brownie and they didnt even warm it up.....buyer beware

Idk there was a fruit fly in my WATER ICE..... i don't think i am going to ever get anything from there. Cleaning the coolers are crucial. I don't wanna eat fruit flies in my Ice cream. C'MON! it's a simple task.

The place is easy to find right across from Dorney Park. There is plenty of parking and space to eat inside. There is a hot dog place inside as well. They have plenty of ice cream flavors and options. They have plenty of different cones. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. I had two scoops of sorbet and they have good prices.

This place advertises a wide variety of hard ice cream flavors, but makes all their sundaes, splits, etc with cheap soft-serve. A fact they won't disclose even if you ask at the counter. Either order single scoops directly or, better yet, go somewhere else that won't lie to you about what you're ordering.

I stood in line patiently, only to be completely ignored. The man at the counter called someone ahead of me to check out, which I let slide. But then he skipped right over me and started helping the people behind me like I wasn’t even there. I felt completely disrespected and invisible. There’s no excuse for treating customers like that.
