Absolutely horrible, then on top of it force you to pay a 20 percent tip. Never going back
Been an Ichiban for close to 15 years and always enjoyed the experience. Great rolls and of course hibachi. Last visit I noticed a 20% service fee for a party of TWO. That is just not acceptable. Ichiban. You’ve lost a long time regular. Too many options to put up with the check gouging.
We have been to Ichiban 2 times now and both times were great!! Highly recommend.
