I know it’s in a storefront but I give it a chance and boy I am glad I did. They have a room that is nothing but hibachi gymnastics then they have an intimate bar and sushi you are plus romantic booths. I wish my wife was with me, cozy place to eat special meal. I was coming off the road after eating canned fish for a week really wanted Asian and I really wanted quality fish. I really lucked out and got both beyond my imagination the Scottish salmon hibachi style with sautéed vegetables fried noodles clear broth soup and Ginger salad was so good. This review cannot describe how pleasing it was. Started off with a warm saggy bomb on such a cold night. It was a real treat.

Went for a friend’s birthday and while it was relatively fun, it was just an okay experience. We had a large party so we appreciated how understanding the host and workers were. Generous portions for the cost and our waiter put on a good show for my friend’s happy birthday singing. Otherwise, it was overstimulating there and it was difficult to talk to others at my table. The bathroom was also a bit dirty and there wasn’t any toilet paper. It was fine but I don’t think I’d attend again as it’s not my preferred type of food.

The host got us back to our table on time, the wait staff was excellent. Food was prepared hibachi style in front of us. Portions were plentiful and the chef was very entertaining.

Idk why no one else I writing about this but BEWARE OF ROACHES!!!! There are roaches in this restaurant. My boyfriend and I ate there a few years ago, and I was appalled to see a roach crawling on the table while I was eating. My boyfriend swatted it off and stomped on it, and when we showed the waiter the dead roach they didn’t seem phased at all. I also had a friend tell me she saw the same thing after eating there last week and I’m disgusted that this is still an ongoing thing!

Unbelievable rudeness, placed and order close to closing and called to make sure it’s confirmed. The lady said it can not be made because they’re closed ( I placed the order 30 minutes before they close, but I get it ). Then she asked me to cancel the order which I refused and asked her to cancel. Then she said ok it takes two days for a refund and I simply expressed frustration and suggested that they turn off their online order if they’re not taking them and that now I’m inconvenienced by having to track the refund so she just HUNG UP on me ) so rude. When I called back her manager or whoever picked up was explaining to me her side of this employee instead of immediately being sympathetic or acknowledging the unprofessional behavior. I wasn’t even rude or did I my voice, I simply said this is inconvenient and she hangs up ? I’m still taken aback

The food was good. The service was good. They were super mindful of food allergies. Which can be struggle at certain places. However when the bill came there was a 20% service charge on the check. I can see adding on gratuity. But at no point did I see anything about 20% extra just for sitting. Plus you were still expected to tip. I won’t be back.

Got hibachi and sushi, everything was delicious 😋 and even though the restaurant was busy everything came out way way faster than expected. This place does it right!

The restaurant is dated in a seedy location. The sushi was boring on a plain white plate in very large pieces clearly too large for the mouth. Should be small and bite size—-make an effort! Frozen fried Appetizers were just as boring. The tuna tasted flat, probably a low grade and may not been fresh but frozen. Martini was delivered with no coconut flavor, only vodka and Midori. It was bad and had zero flavor. This is one of their signature cocktails? Very cheap wine choices.
Service was okay not great. We didn’t get a little bowl for his sushi and she didn’t both asking him. The table was wet all night, she didn’t bother to clean up the spills not offer me wine with dinner and low effort, never even gave us water glasses. Leftovers didn’t taste that good. Prices were too high for what you get.

Very good food! The experience varies depending on which Hibachi Chef cooks for you. Some put on a better show than others. I gave 5 stars based on food quality and timeliness. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Great job Ichiban.
Pretty good but I spent $20 on basically 4 sushi’s. If you go here, it is pricey so beware.

I took my grandson for the hibachi lunch. He got chicken teriyaki and I got the shrimp. Server was friendly and the chef was great. Plenty of food and it was delicious 😋.
