Hello, the last time my wife and I went to have breakfast there. Things started out a frustrating. Because people kept coming in and being seated while we waited. Took approximately an hr. We were told they were call in reservations. We didn’t want to argue. Basically because we were both starving. We had just gotten back in town from dropping our daughter off at George Washington University. We hadn’t been to your restaurant in sometime. Because of how we were mistreated several times before. 2 other times we were mistreated. But we had just agreed to not go back. And we hadn’t, for few yrs. This last time, after finally being seated. Which was right next to the kitchen doors where orders are brought out. We both ordered, nothing special, and proceeded to wait another hr before being served. My wife ordered an omelette and asked to replace type of cheese. 3 times in a row we sent it back. Because 3 times in a row they put on same cheese. Other customers just shook their heads. On trip #4, I decided enough. I’m very sensitive about my wife being mistreated. Me, not as much. When it was brought out and we seen it was same cheese again,we left. My wife lost her appetite. So I paid for mine but not hers. It’s a shame. I have been going to I Hop since I was a kid. Not at this particular location. There was one farther down Lehigh at Closer to the Brass Rail when it was still there in the 70’s. It’s a shame we have to wait until we travel to eat at an IHop. We won’t be going back. 3 incidents is enough for us. Thank you
Dietary restrictions: They didn’t accommodate my wife when she asked to replace 1 type of cheese with another. Sent her omelette back 3 times and asked to switch her cheese. Everytime the waitress my apologies. Then brought my wife’s omelette back with same cheese. Until finally my wife lost her appetite and we left. I don’t know what was going on that day. All she wanted was American cheese instead of cheddar.

Attempted to go there last week and when I entered the restaurant, I was told that there was no cook and they wouldn’t be for another hour.
I went there there again today and they only had one waitress for the whole restaurant.
Not sure but this particular IHOP is not a favorite of the $6 faves. Been to the place twice and both times i had to leave after almost 40 minutes wait time after being told it will take 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Meanwhile other customers come in order and leave while i am still sitting there waiting. The whole crew are super nice but i just think they are not in favor of any specials like the $6 faves.

There was a long wait (25+ minutes), but OUR server was great, and the food was good. The kitchen staff was getting the food out, but the wait staff wasn't super organized. We also noticed a few servers were stacking plates of food on top of one another to serve.
