We ordered take out. A pizza and appetizer. Their machine was broken so had to wait more than 29 minutes to pick up. That's fine with me, happens. But the attitude of the staff was not very good/friendly. The pizza tasted ok. The appetizer was cold as the full order was not ready together.

The pizza actually had good flavor — you can tell it would’ve been great — but it came out cold, which took away from the whole experience.
The chicken burger was just okay. It also arrived cold, the bread was soggy, and the whole thing was put together really sloppy. It honestly could’ve been much better with a little more care.
Overall, the food had potential, but the temperature and presentation really brought it down. Hopefully next time it’s made fresh and handled better.

Like before FOOD IS EXCELLENT problem is deal dash this time late and cold only 1 delivery by them with no problem if myself or wife drove at night I'd pick it up ourselves Who ever owns this company should give Kristin a raise she went above and beyond when we didn't recieve our order she personally delivered a replacement which she didn't have to do she is the most Professional Manager I've ever dealt with and I spent 21 years in the military so I've dealt with people all over the world again she is the best and the reason we will be ordering all our outside orders will be to Jacks

Food was amazing I recommend the garlic cheese steak extra meat and cheese . Service was amazing and the servers were super busy but still made time to check on us . I ordered with 2 other people and we all ordered different food and we literally had to try out each other’s food . I was not disappointed .
