Went there today and got a large Jamba bowl that was filled only halfway and when I complained The guy told me that it was part of the recipe book and that Jamba Juice leaves space for comfort and so that the bowl doesn’t spill I then continued to show the guy that the large was equivalent to the small yet he didn’t seem to care this place is a scam on portion sizes . Sucks because I actually like the food

I realized they remodeled and are now open again so I stopped. I was greeted by Bhavick who was very friendly and welcoming. He explained the building flooded and it was a journey to reopen. It's nice inside, you can walk to Moe's sorta like a food court. It was very clean too. Happy with my visit and my PB Banana 😁 Thanks

My very pregnant wife and her coworker ordered two bowls from here via grubhub. One bowl was fine and the other spilled in the bag. My wife drove from her job to the location and asked if it can be remade.
The lady working was rude and told my wife it wasn’t her fault that the bowl spilled. I think making sure the meal is packaged correctly is up to the establishment. The worker offered to take the spilled ingredients from the bag and put them in a new bowl. That’s nasty.. and a terrible offer of resolution.
Says the ingredients cost money and it couldn’t be replaced for free in a very condescending tone. Are you actually kidding me? The meal was paid for. We work for a living and our money isn’t free either. Admittedly, probably should have contacted grub hub to address. Would have been better off than being disrespected like this.
However, there’s no excuse for poor customer service and a bad attitude. Hopefully this worker learns some common decency and customer service skills. Maybe she’s okay eating spilled ingredients out of a plastic bag but we’re not. What a joke, this place is not cheap price wise but their service skills seem to be. Will not be back.

been here before and it was fine however tried to stop this morning on my way to an appointment. drove 10 minutes out of my way to come and arrived at 8:35. doors were locked and no one was there even though they open at 8:30. the smoothies are always good but everytime we go the service is always awful. the workers act like the customers being in the store is inconveniencing them. so now after today i dont think i’ll be returning. maybe open on time!
This location had horrible customer service. Made the wrong drink and blamed us. Tried to say he could not make a pretzel and we had to take bites. I asked if he could make a pretzel and he did (maybe). It was very hard and crunchy. I think he took an old one and warmed it up in the oven. More like a hard pretzel. We will not be back there. Wawa pretzels annd smoothies and Dunkin smoothies from now on!
