Jersey Mike's Subs

Be sure to unwrap any orders placed for pick-up before you leave the restaurant to make sure they are correct. I ordered a sub with A LOT of onion and they literally put ONE onion on each half of my sandwich. Manager doesn't care after the fact and refuses to make it right. Lesson learned to not patronize chain restaurants any longer.

First time ever at a Jersey Mikes. Awesome fresh sandwich. I had a learning curve did not know what Mikes Way meant.

Least favorite location! Miserable employees. Yes, it is Christmas Eve, but I have to work also door dashing for pennies. Get over it! Happy holidays, I will order my food and MacArthur Road.

I been to 3 different ones and this one here on Broadway is the utmost best. I refuse to go to my local ones.i am from Bethlehem.. this one here is so accommodating to me being celiac and must have safe gluten free. the 2 employees know as soon as I walk in what I get and make it perfect. a thank you to Zack and Lena. I not sure how to spell names but they are excellent employees😁

The pierced nose girl had an unpleasant demeanor. I ALWAYS tip well. Even when service isn't great because I know how hard service workers have it dealing with general public. However, the place was empty & her unwarranted side-eye & mumbling responses made me certain I'd never return to this location

Hands down the best subs I’ve ever had. Original Italian and cheesesteak are the best on their menu! Quality is always amazing and extremely consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is what a properly run business should look like!

Normally this place is very friendly. Tonight there was a girl who was annoyed that she had to make my sandwich. Rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for cheese. Very disappointed in the service

Food was sub par . Not like the other locations . Staff is rude . Interior and exterior could use a good detail cleaning . Corporate should come checks this place out .
