The manager was on the phone being extremely rude. Didn't know how to speak to anybody and didn't even care about not having the stuff that they're promoting she doesn't know how to talk to customers in a nice manner. This was at eight o'clock at night.I will not be eating at this kfc again.
I donāt know why there are so many negative reviews. I just stopped there today and my chicken was fresh, hot and juicy. (And fully cooked). Donāt let the negative reviews scare you, as KFCs are few and far between, and nothing else compares.

hefty woman that works the front had a stank attitude iām pretty sure she was on something as well. to have someone like that handling food is ridiculous and disgusting, and on top of that they refuse to accept orders. donāt even waste your time coming to this sad excuse of a place the workers canāt even comprehend simple things.

I just order two of the Mikeās Hot Honey chicken sandwiches. How you donāt put the hot honey sauce on it. It is literally in the name of the sandwich. I mean, forget the pickles but how do you forget the hot honey sauce when the sandwich is literally called Mikeās hot honey chicken sandwich?

I bought the tender and bucket combo and this is the second time that Iāve gotten chicken from there thatās been undercooked. The 1st time it was very pink when getting to the center, closer to the bone. This time I saw blood, good thing I was watching out for it, but yes there was blood, a lot of pink in the area. Also Iāve went before and tried using a coupon in the drive through and was told that the register was down and not taking any coupons at the time.

Place an online order and then I went there and they said they were out of tenders. I asked them to cancel the order and they said I have to do it through the app which they know does not work. I hope I can get my money back. This is crap. They shouldnāt allow orders to go through that when they donāt have something especially when you drive 16 minutes away to get there.
