Ordered take out. We got the Yummy Crab bowl and the Wonton Ramen. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Generous portions. Would definitely go back.

The food here is the best! The sushi and the ramen is some of the best I’ve ever had but the service is not good. I’ve been here three times and all three times servers have ignored our tables and got us wrong desserts or just printed the bill out and didn’t even let us order desserts. It’s like they didn’t want us there! Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but the servers are kind of mean. It’s not even like the place was busy! We were one of the only tables there. Good food not so good service.

I ordered the Chashu Pork Bowl, and I've never had any issues eating from this place until Sunday evening. First, let me just mention the Taro milk tea. My friend got tasted like the milk was not regular milk? It was too thick and a lot darker purple than we usually get when we used to come here a lot. My mango green tea, I didn't taste the mango part only the green tea part which was disappointing but the waitress was able to remake my tea and gave my friend a different order so that was great I appreciate that 🙏🏾
Now, my food. I mentioned I ordered the Chashu Pork bowl, and that's what i usually order whenever I come to this restaurant. I've never had an issue before, but this past Sunday night, I spent my night and all Monday throwing up (and the other end too, unfortunately 😵💫). The meat didn't taste bad while I was eating it, but I should've known something was weird because there was a weird texture while I was eating. I understand there's fat on the pieces that wasn't the issue bc I loved that part, so I'm actually disappointed 🥺. It was also the last meal I ate, and I started having symptoms and experiencing pain when I got home, which was 30 minutes later. Im honestly not sure what happened with my food, but it was disappointing. Idk if it was a different person cooking that day or the ingredients something didn't mesh well, but it was sad and disappointing to experience this especially since it's something I usually order whenever I visit.
My friend's sushi was okay! He was turned off by the Taro tea, but he enjoyed his sushi.
Other than that the food was flavorful like always and the atmosphere is very cutesy.

Kinya Ramen's vegan / gluten free sushi is great! The boba tea is made very well. The place is clean, we received great customer service from Kaylee, and the restaurant is decorated super cute with hanging flowers. I recommend this place for a girl's day or a date night.

Honestly, the place was absolutely adorable and comfortable, the service was great and all the girls that spoke with me were so sweet, and the food was SO good: I got a Philadelphia roll, a Hot Girl roll, and the Hazelnut Chocolate Flute! Not a single complaint, everything was really, really delicious and I got to enjoy it all in a cozy little environment!

It was a very good atmosphere and the service was lovely. I just have a quick question: Did you guys change the shrimp tempura sauce? I remember it being this tangy mayo thicker sauce but when I went tonight, it was this watery smokey sauce. I just wanted to say that I liked the mayo tangy sauce better and I really hope you guys still have it. The ramen was very good. Thank you for reading!
