Disgraceful experience coming in to LVIA at 10:30 pm on Delta. Luggage did not arrive for 50 minutes- no airport personnel to explain or help us. If you don’t have the staff to assist and support your late flight arrivals then stop all arrivals much earlier. I would rather fly out of Newark or JFK than fly in/out of LVIA again- very poor customer care
Fastest security line I've ever been in! There was simply no one ahead of me) very personable personal working here and the Christmas vibes are off the charts! So many decorations) Currently eating a breakfast croissant with mint tea by my gate, after arriving to the airport 30 minutes ago)
Security is friendly and fast, great view of the valley. Eat before you go- limited options

I had a very negative experience with an airport employee when I was going through passport control. There were two queues and I didn't see any difference where to stand, but as often happens, I got in the wrong queue and an officer named Hector Rivera said that I took the wrong queue and cut off people from another queue. I apologized to him and the people in the queue, but that wasn't enough for Hector Rivera, he made me go back and take up the queue again in another line. It was very humiliating and insulting. When I approached Hector Rivera again , I told him about it. He said he didn't care and it wasn't his job to be polite. In my opinion, this is very wrong and insulting.
The ladies bathroom needs a little attention. Other than that, everyone was so nice and friendly.
Fabulous little airport. I fly a lot and this gem makes me appreciate the amenities provided without the hassle of a big airport.

I can’t tell you enough how great the service was when my bag was missing. It wasn’t loaded from Newark to Allentown and Indira Ramaya went above and beyond to ensure my bag was on the next bus out. “Indi” took my number and called me with the great news. She was a life savior.

I like the new remodel. TSA is always efficient. However disappointed at the bar staff won't let me sit down and eat a breakfast sandwich when it's 7:00 in the morning and there's nobody at the bar.
Avelo Airlines could someday be a possibility for the Lehigh Valley International Airport.
Fly Allegiant if you can. Go there in person and get your tickets. Incredibly cheaper
I would give it a 5. Check-in was easy. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I got to TSA, and they had to scan me. The lady, I believe, is Rosa tall Hispanic. smiled with a giggle, saying, "Those are some serious scars there on your arms... I ignore her.... then she asks what happened? I'm at TSA it's already a tense, uncomfortable thing to go through... So I felt I had to answer her, showing her WHY I had skin removal after losing weight. I'm scarred beautifully all over. But it was very, very embarrassing for me staff was looking at me people looking back.
That was uncomfortable, EMBARRASSING and INTIMIDATING because I didn't want to ignore TSA n it became an unnecessary situation with a black woman. Which seems to happen often. That is not her place to question anyone's disabilities or scar or imperfections. Otherwise, everyone else made me feel safe.. Especially, the check-in lady was a 5, and the lady at the gate was a 5.. SMILES say everything.
This place sucks and the management should change, first the workers in the front have attitude instead of helping someone with patience and kindness they are not nice, then I tried applying so many times and first they interview me with the wrong department manager then say they will call me back and never did, why say you’re hiring and not actually give someone a chance or the time of day. I’ve applied here since last year and the lady Kassy that answers the phone in costumer service needs to get fired with how she answers people on the phone.
