It was ok. The workers there were not rude or lazy. They were just not really the type that would like to have a conversation. The pizza was ok. Food was meh, and you basically get what you pay for, honestly.

Little Caesar’s is LAZY as hell I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and tell me why the hell instead of it having the cheese sauce it’s regular pizza sauce PLUS NO PRETZEL CRUST it was a regular pizza that they threw salt on and called it a night. This is supposed to be my first time trying it and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I placed my order at 4:38 PM, and the app indicated it would be ready between 4:55 PM and 5:00 PM. I arrived at 4:55 PM, but I was told my order wasn't ready yet and it was about to come out. That was fine, as the app had said 4:55 PM to 5:00 PM. However, by 5:15 PM, I went up to check again because I had been waiting for some time. I was informed that they had forgotten to make one of the items in my order, and it was just being prepared. Very disorganized. Next time, I'll drive a few extra minutes to the location on Union Blvd.

Worst pizza I've ever ordered. Cheese was burnt and sauce was only in one spot. Sent the wrong soda as well. Tried to call to correct but no answer. Complete waste of money.

The staff at this little caesar’s are undertrained/ have no motive to work. I placed a delivery order 2 hours in advance and scheduled for 5:30 there was radio silence until 5:45 when my order was canceled. Previously I had gotten a pizza here before which similarly I placed ahead and it was not ready when I went to pick it up. It took forever to make the pizza and when I got it and took it home it had toppings I hadn’t asked for and was undercooked, so much so I had to throw it in the oven. Terrible branch of the company. DO NOT GO HERE!

I do not normally eat little Cesar's but I wanted to try the new crazy puffs and they look like someone has gotten to them before me. This little Cesar's sucks and I didn't get pepperoni like i ordered, I got two cheese and a bacon and cheese instead.

If I could rate this facility a zero, I would. The behavior of the staff in this establishment is truly embarrassing! Multiple times have I experienced employees CURSE at customers, managers curse out at customers, the customer service is truly disappointing!

Horrible customer service and even more so with Hispanics, racism is on the surface. The customer service girl treats people as if they are asking her, how unpleasant. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Severely undercooked with raw dough, and a solid 2 inches of crust. This was very poorly executed.
Don’t order from here. Submitted a wrong order and called right away, 25+calls later, 30+ rings each time and NOT ONE time did someone pick up! $30 down the drain. Contacting corporate tomorrow.
So I ordered 35 dollars worth of food on Christmas Eve. Their normal closing time is 10 pm, but it was 7 pm for the holiday. I had 40 dollars to my name till payday. I was in church and before I left, I ordered food on the app that I wanted ready to take home to my family. I ordered it at 6:23 and it was promised by 6:42 no later. I pull up to this location, and it was dark inside. I could tell no one was there for hours. There was a handwritten sign falling off the door that I couldn't read. My guess was it was telling me they closed early. Which is fine. I'm not a karen. Be with your family. I get it, but then turn off the app. So the day after Christmas, I waited a few hours. Then I called the store. All it did was ring. No one ever answered. No one even had a voicemail. Nothing. So I called the 800 number to customer service and they are refunding me within 2-3 business days. I'm sad that it came down to that. I hope the corporate investigates them because it is shady.

Quite literally the worst Little Caesars restaurant I have ever ordered from.
I have ordered here a handful of times and each time there was an issue with either the accuracy of what was given or the quality of food. If the ownership reads this and isn't already hands on with the individuals running the day to day, please consider a refresh of at least your management.
Re quality: pizza often way more greasy and thin than other locations, sometimes undercooked breadsticks, cold crazy sauce, etc.

The boy who is making the pizza right now has an attitude and looks bad and said not to come back again, when he is no one to tell me not to set foot in that establishment. That happened around 11:40 am. more or less 12-5-2024. They complain when they are asked for a fresh pizza, I am paying my money and paying for quality and not for a cold pizza that looks like it was made the day before.
