Pizza wasn't ready! It was hot cause it was made to order. I was ready to pull in and pull out but had to wait. If not for waiting I would've gave them a 5 star.

The employees seem like they are bored out of their mind. I've only seen a few that were a “little†more cheery. Twice on 2 different occasions I've ordered one thing and they gave me another. The second time it happened the pizza was old. They don't keep track of the pizza they make and give it to you without checking it. And before you say that I could have checked it myself I'll say that I believe it's their responsibility to check it— you trust that they will give you what you ordered and I've seen them seldomly do it before so I know they are supposed to. Very rarely can I get in and out of there like they advertise their “hot-n-ready†pizza. I usually wait 20 mins on my lunch break which gives me 10 mins left minus the drive back to work. I have had really good pizzas their in the past but it's rare. The place has been declining since it's opening which isn't that long ago since this review.

Pizza was old, dry and over cooked. But at least I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for my "hot & ready" pizzas. That was a first.

I was the only one at the store and still had to wait 25 minutes! And the pizza wasn't even good. I usually like little Caesars but this location is bad.

As much as I love the food, the service is hostile and ridiculously dysfunctional. One employee was yelling at customers and employees in frustration while slamming the fridge doors. In addition, I ordered my food an hour in advance for pickup and still had to wait over 15 minutes when I arrived in time. Someone needs to fix this.

Overall, we had a great dining experience. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza was hot and good. I wish they had mixed all the toppings all over the pizza instead of just putting one topping per three pieces, not a fan of that. Our crust was burnt on the bottom as well. Atmosphere was amazing, however.
This is the WORST little caesars ever. Pizza is never ever ready. Takes forever. Slow rude service. I can't even believe it's still in business.

Ordered the new pretzel crust pizza when I walked in. Only waited a few min and I got a nice fresh hot pizza.

This place is so dysfunctional. The dude at the counter is just complaining to people how he hates Saturdays and how he wants to go home. A guy just walked in out of 7 people who ordered ahead of time and he still needs to wait. This is absolutely ridiculous.
