Originally, some time back, I left a 5 star review, but I needed to update it today. I leave a 1 start now because for about the past year, this location has really gone downhill. You have to almost beg for service when you go there, the pizza has been just sloppy anymore, they NEVER have any seasoning or cheese packets which is part of what Little Ceasars is known for (I was told by an employee that the GM doesn't want to order them anymore), and it's just sad to see how much this location has gone backwards. I will start going to another location. Little Ceasars Corporate shouldn't let this happen! They need some quality assurance checks done!

Would have left negative stars if possible. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED ANYWHERE LET ALONE SOMEWHERE DEALING WITH PEOPLE. Everyone has bad days but you should really watch who and how you speak to people. I have been a lot of places and been around many people but I was absolutely disgusted and appalled by the attitude of the employees at this location. The OWNERS need to step it up and hire better people because sadly one of the people were probably a manager. If you can't be a decent human do not work on customer service.

I ordered on Wednesday pizza to take home I live 45 minutes away. When I get home and open my pizza they are wrong. I tried to call them no answer I called 20 time. Then I called there 800 number waiting on a reply?

Low quality for little Ceasars, had woman at counter not listen and hand me 2 hot and ready instead of the deep dish peperoni I ordered, crazy bread was unacceptable quality
Then the guy at the counter lied to the next customer because they're in the back doing God knows what not making the mobile/online orders and lied to the customer saying "oh someone else must have taken it from the pizza portal" no they couldn't have, your code is unique to the order, they're just in the back screwing around
My pizza honestly skimped on sauce.
Incompetent and dishonest staff and low quality food
Pizza was terrible 40 some dollars down the drain. Pizza tasted like it was reheated ,Burnt sauce dried up ,bread sticks were hard as a rock with no flavor at all. Very disappointed .
