I put crazy crust and they didn't put the garlic it has happened multiple times I asked them to add the garlic and all they did was add the extra oil

Absolutely no such thing as “Hot N’ Ready” anymore. Waited 45 minutes for an online order that was 2 pies. When I went in to pick it up the lobby was packed maybe 10 people waiting

Worst service ever went in order 4 orders of crazy puff and a pizza took my money waited in the car went in to get the oder and he says about that we only do crazy puffs on online orders. Then i said we're is the manager i looked at all the signage and nothing says online only.. she said i don't know what to tell you have me the money back...Idiots!!!Called the easton Ave store and she said no problem on my way to pick them up now.. Don't go to union blvd go to easton Ave super nice there different owners make a big difference....

Wanted to place a pizza order in person because the last time we did an online order they got it completely wrong. The door was locked, there was a hand written sign on the door that said "Online Only." WHAT A WASTE! Going to use a local pizza shop instead.

The wait was terrible nobody came out from back for atleast 15min I decided to leave. No reason somebody should wait for that long with no explanation. I can understand being understaffed but atleast give customers courtesy.

The worst thing I ever looked at or attempted to eat. I say Attempted to eat because you couldn’t even eat the pizza. It wasn’t really cut or anything and when you tried to pick it up, all the cheese just fell right off and the dough the cheese was suppose to be stuck to, just fell apart. Your better off getting a frozen pizza at the grocery store or dollar store

I placed an order for delivery on their site I wanted the 9.99 deal so that I can get the pineapple Pepsi of course they were having problems on the site wouldn't let me order it so I ordered the pretzel pizza with red sauce I ordered the m&m brownie cookies I ordered three cans of pineapple Pepsi and breadsticks you driver did not knock on the door as put in the instructions he just dropped the food and ran God only knows how long I'm sitting out there before I noticed it then I realize he did not bring me my dessert and he did not bring me any of the three sodas that I ordered so I got in my car in drove all the way to the store just to find out they were closing in a few minutes and there wasn't a damn thing that they can do about it they told me to call GrubHub which I called them first they told me to call the store because the missing items did not come from the pub they came from the store so not today I get to call the store and have them redo my order the right way and give me my money back
