I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for delivery and was highly disappointed! The chicken looked like it came out of a can. There was so much cheese and hot sauce on the pizza it tasted like vommit. I called the owner to complain about the pizza and offered to bring it back. The owner refused to make any type of restitution. He offered me a free soda the next time I ordered and talked about the rave reviews from other customers. I told him I would be happy to return it in exchange for a regular pizza but the owner refused. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza to anyone. The name fits the quality of service and the owner “Southside Pizza” don’t expect quality or satisfaction. A horrible pizza that fits with a horrible owner!

I’ve been ordering from South Side for a while now and whatever we order, is always delicious. Yesterday I placed an ordered via Slice. One of the items we ordered was not correct but I called SouthSide and whoever answered was really great! I explained one of items on the order was wrong, he looked at my order and realized and without hesitation he said he’ll remake and have it delivered. It was delivered quick and it was hot too! So not only does South Side make delicious food, the customer service at least the guy I talked to (wish I got his name) was great as well!
