First time visiting this location & I am HIGHLY disappointed. First, the place is a complete dump. Dirty machines, used cups under them, disorganized. Giant fan on the counter blowing at people. A mess.
The food is equally disappointing. 1 thin, burnt egg white on this sandwich, and missing the roasted tomato spread. I paid for this & a frozen coffee costing me $15. Waste of money.

all that needs to be said is.. the older lady this morning making all the food in the back touching all food by hand wasn’t wearing gloves at all handling ALL the food. that’s disgusting. second the hashbrown was terrible, it was like eating cardboard out of the freezer.

Was trying Manhattan Bagel for the first time and this specific location is certainly one you should avoid. Ordered an iced coffee just for the woman to tell me to turn around and make it myself, coffee was warm, disgusting. No available flavoring, syrups, creamers, sugar or anything. Just straight room temperature black coffee. Food was okay, hash browns are very greasy. I hope the one opening on Emmaus Avenue isn’t this bad.

My husband bought 3 bagels from here. 2 plain with butter and jelly and 1 pumpernickel with butter. I've tasted frozen bagels better than these. They were not good at all. They tasted stale.

I was disappointed when I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was missing three of the ingredients, avocado, tomato, and chedsr cheese, as advertised on the picture and the item description. There were like two tiny specs of tomato, but not a slice or two. I was in a rush and didn't have time to check it. I shouldn't have to. The woman and man who run it are super nice and friendly and had it done in great time, but missing key Ingredients for what the sandwich costs is unacceptable. I'd rather them take another minute or two to make sure it was made properly. They seem like they could use another worker or two to help with efficiency and accuracy. The place could also be better organized around the service station and a lot cleaner in general.

Bagels are very good. Haven’t had a bagel in a long time. Honestly, the atmosphere was very simple. It was clean, but an older store it looks. Good service, good bagels! Good price.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a normal parking lot. But it does have accessibility to get to the building and its open area inside.
