I made them aware when I was placing my order that I wanted vegetarian. But when we ate our meal my son actually tasted meat and he had to throw out his food. The staff said that they used a separate part of the grill as per them. I want to believe what they say. We eat halal meat so that's why we can tell. I wanted to rate 5 on the service as it was perfect but.

Stood inside as the only customers who didn’t order yet for more than five minutes with NO ONE acknowledging us. Someone else came in who they seemed to know and was greeted immediately. I even told my husband loud enough for them to hear that we should just leave if they weren’t going to help. He wanted to stay because this is the closest bagel shop to us and he wanted to try it. When we finally order it was almost twenty with tip for three bagels. It was sad. We got three different bagels and all had no flavor and minimal cream cheese if that’s what that was. Wrong consistency . It’s all mark up on bagels so at least put enough cream cheese to enjoy. Didn’t even bother eating half of it. Will not be going back.

Great staff that pays very close attention to detail. I am very particular when it comes to service and consistency and this location of Manhattan Bagel gets it right, every time! The food is always fresh, and served exactly as ordered (every time). The staff is friendly, gets to know your order, and makes you feel welcome. We have also used their catering for a larger office event, and everyone loved it!
This location has been a great addition to the Southside of Allentown.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, bacon and paid $1.09 to add tomatoes. First they forgot to add the tomatoes and then this is what I got. They really pissed me off. I paid $8 for one slice of bacon cut in half and the thinnest slice of tomato ever! And no, the missing bacon and tomato was not on the other half of the of sandwich, the other half was I equally disappointing.
