I ordered from MDG for the first time through GrubHub and how bad can you screw up an order? When you make personal modifications to your sandwich, how about somebody actually reads them! Two orders of fries were ordered and I received only one and they were cold and soggy. Never again will I order from them.

I usually love this place! but now it seems they have horrible customer service.. I ordered through doordash. they gave me the tiniest pouch of fries. called my dasher cheap cause doordash gave me a $3 coupon. I won’t be ordering again.

Joyce is the worst owner and denies all issues to others. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. There are a ton of better places with better food that I found after dealing with these people. This means that out of 117 reviews over 2/3 voted you below 4.324. That not a flex Joyce. Also, hanging up on people when they call to complain doesn’t help. I’m gonna help shut you down. Starting with the Health Department for the multiple violations in your store. Sorry Restaurant.

Ordered delivery…. Showed up late with no heads up. Forgot stuff on my hoagie… called them and they said they would send out fries for free took over 45 min for the fries that I eventually called back and said to forget about it.

Worst food & extremely poor corrective service I have EVER Experienced. B4 placing order I asked her how RARE could I get Roast Beef, when she said not very I went on to order a build ur own wrap with Pastrami, swiss, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, white onions, oil, vinegar & oregano. WHY THE HECK WOULD I HAVE U COOKE SOMETHING I was just trying to get as RARE as possible? Plus I also ordered a hoagie & Specifically said my husband prefers his Hoagie on bun with Mayo intead of on a wrap. Then she Went ahead & COOKED MY WRAP & SAID IT WAS MY FAULT & SHE REFUSED TO FIX IT! I NEVER ASKED HER to COOK my WRAP! NEVER, NOT ONCE was COOKING any WRAP DISCUSSED. I SPECIFICALLY called & said I was ordering 2 hoagies, 1 build a wrap & the other regular. She then said EVERYONE WHO ORDERS PASTRAMI GETS IT COOKED. Well, she's wrong. Then she refused to fix it, even though we only live 10 minutes away, she said it was too bad ,she was closing. It was barely closing time, there was enough time for it to be corrected. By someone with considerate customer service skills. I would absolutely Not recommend this place based on that alone. There are plenty of other really great Local hoagie shops around,. Thanks for listening. I hope this helps others out there looking for a place to eat.
Had the pastrami and swiss and it wasn't stuffed, but tasted soooo good. Their cheesy bread was the best I've ever had! Great and friendly service. We will definitely be back!

Went in for a pizza and my 4yr daughter had to use the bathroom. Lady didn't offer her restroom until we bought a pie there. Got home and the dough was not cooked. Smells weird inside restaurant and the pizza was burnt on the bottom. Don't know how to cook a pizza.

Ordered online. We got a pepperoni pizza. Smelled like a Papa John's pizza. The sauce was really sweet and the pizza had a really weird after taste. Wouldn't get again.
