Wow. The bagels here are absolutely incredible. The best! Boiled then baked to perfection as the old world recipe demands.. A bit more expensive than supermarket kind but bigger FAR better and there really is no comparison. We will be buying there again. Five star bagels.

Incredibly rude staff, for utterly no reason. I'm not quite sure what her name is, but there's a lady who works there who genuinely is so off-putting. Please be mindful of what your customers' experience is in terms of your employees.

Delish...generous and yummy. They need a system...ur order should be numbered and ur sandwich should be associated with a number or a check number. Otherwise very confusing, eapecially if you are not there when they announce that your sandwich is ready. Easy for someone to pick up your sandwich if you arent there.
