Second time now ordering here at night and the drive through is the absolute worst. Customer service is awful, workers standing around in the back and taking over twenty minutes siting in the drive through for my food. Even when I went to pay, no one was at the window. My burger was dry and the bottom was caked in flour. Not coming back here again. Disgusting.

This was the worst experience ever.I waited 15 minutes for a vanilla milkshake and a McChicken sandwich.After getting my food I anxiously rushed out to get to my food, only to bite into a rubbery tasteless morsel.To my surprise I a dressed up bun sandwich!!!!How do dress, wrap, and hand out a sandwich without the Chicken???The supervisor apologized qd if he could make another sandwich and I refused. My question was would I not have to wait again in order to receive another bun sandwich???Never will I return to theMcDonald's on Cedar Crest and Tilghman!!!What a disaster!!!

The food used to be good and put together properly. What the hell happened smh no wonder why I haven't visited any McDonald's the past 15 years. Highly do not recommend ANY McDonald's! Aaaaand $16 and change for breakfast?! 3 sandwiches and 2 hash browns SMH horrible!

Dirty tables throughout the store. Ordered 3 th8ngs and something was wrong with everything. No napkins. No cheese on a qp. No sauce for nuggets and I ordered a cold moca with no foam got a lukewarm moca with extra foam.

LEA the manager was so unprofessional...should learn how to speak with a customer...i recorder the whole convo and was not being rude...I ordered 2 steak egg and cheese got to my destination there was no egg at all on either sandwich. I called spoke to someone named Lea, soposedly the manager...and I told her...I need the egg because I was diabetic and her response was sarcastic...I didn't know eggs helps diabetes, with kinda a giggle in her response. I asked for her managers name or her boss and her response was I am not going to give that to you and when I repeatedly ask for her boss she hung up and I called back and asked her again for her boss and she hung up again...totally unprofessional! But what should I expect from a wanta be manager!

The drive thru said that the online reward code for the $1.39 medium fries did not work. And I did the code an hour before they went and did a screenshot! I'm calling management tomorrow. This is not the 1st time either! They made my daughter pay full price!

In true McDonald's fashion they forgot to put the nuggets in the bag. Yes they were ordered, yes they were on the receipt and paid for. No, they were not in the order. They charge for mayo on a burger .69 but they didn't deduct money for the no ketchup.

Went to the drive thru. Was first in the line and someone asked “will you be using the mobile app?” And then we never heard anything else. Then three cars in the second line order. So we drive to the window to order. And the chick with all the facial piercings told us she couldn’t take out order at the window so we would have to drive around again to get back in line. It just would have been an easy opportunity for some good customer service.
