We waited for a while and then when we got our McFlurry’s they were in the new cups, but they were less than halfway full. There was soda spilled all over our order and spoons. We opened the McFlurrys and there was soda in it. We didn’t even order a soda on top of that. Gross.

Couldnt get a 40 piece, my 20piece that i did order only had 15(guess someone was hungry). Fries tasted cold and old, the sandwich was good but very messy. I get it, restaurant work can be tough at times but if people are paying for an order at least have the decency to give it to us properly as we ordered or find yourself a new job if your that unhappy to take away from someone else's food and not care about your customers. Makes me wonder, how would you like if someone played with your food and money? Would you be okay with it? Or would the perspective actually make you realize what your doing to others can backfire back to you? Been my McDonald's since I was a kid, but its just crappy service there lately to make you not want any of it.

The idea behind fast food is that it at least arrives fast. I don’t expect it to be great. But waiting in a drive through line every time you come to this store, putting in your mobile order in advance, to have to wait 20 minutes for an order?? This has happened on numerous occasions, this place is just too slow. The managers or franchise owners clearly don’t care about staffing to support their people.
You can expect a long wait on your food here.

This location has the WORST customer service ever. They practically threw my food at me through the drive thru window. I called to inform the manager who apologized and then hung up on me. Absolute ratchet location and rude staff.

I typically visit this location, but today I had a terrible experience. The person taking orders took an unusually long time, was rude and dismissive, and even closed the window in my face. When I called to speak with a manager, I’m fairly certain it was the same person, and once again, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Please address this issue with your customer service team.

On December 24 around 8:45 PM I went through the drive-through whoever was taking order at that time was mad, rude and taking out her frustration on customers you can hear it in her voice ridiculous I saw the car in front of me leave and I could hear the Conversation and the girl taking order was mad rude to everyone the car in front of me left and then when it came my turn I left. And this is how McDonald’s lose customers food is already trash now the customer service is going trash as well
