Visited with friends and family and had a good time. Not that busy. Ordered a margarita and tasted like juice. Decent size deserts.

Thursday Prime Rib, couldn't hardly cut it. Tuff as hell. They said they would get another, it's the same cut, no thanks.

Wow. I came here with my sister and her man and we had beers, burgers, and my sister had the salad. A very cool place to bring friends when I move out here one day. More than 5 stars. Thank you very much. 😁

No wait and had many open tables. Took 15 minutes to be waited on after I went to hostess stand to let them know that we were waiting. Once acknowledged ordered food and drinks. However got food without silverware. Had to go again to hostess stand to ask for silverware. Food was good. Gave 10% coupon but never taken off bill. Probably won't be back.

A decent place to go for food. They have a lot of options and some pretty good specials. The service was very nice and it wasn't too busy on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of space for parking. And buy some other stores as well if you are looking to burn some time.

Perfect stop after exploring Bethlehem. Group of 10 and not a single complaint. Good food, Excellent service and decent atmosphere. A little loud for some, but it was a NFL Sunday. Who doesn't want to see and hear the game 🤔

Sat down at the bar, ordered drinks as we got the menus. Waited. Waited. Waited. We finished our drinks and left. I have no idea what the food tastes like. FYI, the place was not busy. The lack of service here says everything.

Writing this review to say - shame on the manager who was on the night shift tonight (12/2). I came into eat around 7:15 pm and had such an odd experience.
Let me say that our server, Ashley, was doing her absolute best under such chaotic circumstances. She was seating every table, whilst also being a server (we were her 7th table), and was kind and keeping her composure the whole time but anyone who has worked in restaurants can tell how busy she really was.
At one point she dropped a tray of drinks (it happens!) but did a manager come help clean it so she could tend to her tables? Nope! Did a manager run any of her food out? Nope! How about deliver any of her bar drinks? Or seat any of the guests at the door? Nope and nope! All Ashley. Some help was given from the bartender, but even that was lackluster and could tell an inconvenience to him. Good job to ASHLEY and ASHLEY, only for being CALM and EFFICIENT and putting the weight of multiple roles on her back to ensure her shift ran smoothly as possible (not smooth at all) (all for less than minimum wage) while the manager collects salary and is nowhere to be found.
The sequencing of our food was also strange, I got my meal with our appetizer, my significant other got his food next, maybe 10 minutes later, and my daughter got her food maybe 10 minutes after that. Also, her dirty tables were staying dirty because nobody was helping her clean them on top of all of the other tasks she was doing. One can tell there’s no leadership to be found from the manager that was on this shift.
Poor service! We waited 15 minutes and the waiter passed by several times. No one came to get a drink order. Continued to wait and another couple was seated next to us and the waiter immediately came and took their order. We finally got up and left, very disappointed.

I first want to preface this. I understand it was a busy holiday night, and service would probably be worse. However, that doesn't excuse the horrors and terrors that my family underwent this traumatic night.
Let's start with the good. The host was absolutely pleasant, very kind. However, he didn't even speak English, and if nobody in my family knew Spanish, how would we even sit? Also, the manager was very kind, gentle, and considerate (the fellow in the Hawaiian shirt).
There isn't much good besides that.
Secondly, the ambience and cleanliness. The TVs were quite lower quality: blurry and some only in Spanish. Additionally, the bathroom was hideous: toilet paper everywhere, urine all on the ground, and broken soap dispensers.
Next, I want to talk about the professionalism. Because their expo station is out and visible to see, we saw their chef dancing and messing around when he could've been cooking something. Why this matters is because our food took nearly an hour. Next, our server Risa or Rhea (I don't remember her name) also was dancing too out in the open: not very professional.
However, this wasn't nearly as bad as the service. Firstly, the waters took nearly 20 minutes in which the server pretty much made us do everything ourselves, just leaving the waters on the edge and making us get them ourselves. I understand this isn't a Michelin Star restaurant, but c'mon. Next, whilst ordering, the server Risa, yells at us telling us that she wants us to order in a specific order. So, that was a pleasant start. Next, we ran out of water to drink and were thirsting. When we requested water, Risa took the water from the dirty table next to us and proceeded to pour that into our cups: dirty, warm water. After this, she brings us new water and ice which we requested. We place our cups closer to her so she can more easily pour the water. But, while we do this, she gives a nasty side eye (glance) towards one of us. But I completely understand it's been a long night..... Well, after this, a few of us receive our food after almost an hour. My pasta is lukewarm, my companion's chicken is burnt. And for some reason, none of our pastas have the bread? So, we ask for the bread in which we are told that they are out. Absolutely shocking mate. Risa never told us that. Next, one of my other companion's food didn't come after a while. So, when she received it, she kindly asked for some sauce and silverware (we were short silverware) in which they never came so we had to get up and get it ourselves. When we returned to the table after retrieving our goods, Risa comes back, sideyes us again, and proceeds to just leave. After seeing one of us on yelp rereading some reviews, she (Risa) decides to suck-up and ask what she did wrong. Everything pretty much. So, she offers us a free side of fries! Awesome! Later in our meal, we overhear Risa fussing out the kind host and pretty much yelling because we could easily hear her from maybe 15 feet away. I get it Risa, you're cut; however, the kind gentleman doesn't need a lecture, and nobody wants to hear you either.
I work in a restaurant too and completely understand that things get hectic when stuff is 86'ed, you're oversat, and you're not having the best night. Still, never have ever I seen one of my servers treat a table like this ever. Still, we left her a tip because we understand the state some servers are in. Yet, I still don't know if she even deserved a penny. Rather, she should've paid for our dinner the way she treated us. Hopefully your terrible service was worth it Risa or Rhea!

If you have been to any of the other Miller's Ale Houses this one lines up with the better ones. Staff is friendly, food is tasty, In particular the Prime Rib, one of my personal favorite places to get Prime Rib.
