Japanese Chicken fried rice tasted homemade and different from fried rice at other Asian restaurants I've had.
Fried Rice contained Chicken Breast but no Onion or other vegetable.
Miso soup was typically bland.
Banana Tempura drizzled with chocolate sauce was really good.

We had the most AMAZING catering experience for a 30th birthday party feeding 50 people. Dinner and a show brought right to our back yard! The chefs made a fun atmosphere for all of our guests. Be aware of the sake guns….

Absolutely disappointing service, will not return.
This review is not about the chef or the host, both of whom were kind and professional. It’s about our server, I believe her name was Alice or Allison (not sure of the pronunciation). From the moment she approached our table, she was rushing us. When it came time to order, she was dismissive and impatient, barely letting each person finish before abruptly moving to the next.
Because of this, my daughter’s order was completely missed. She was served nothing when the chef began cooking. We later found out from the chef (who was very considerate) that her seat was marked with an “X” — meaning Allison never wrote anything down for her. The chef even showed us the paper himself and apologized, although the mistake was clearly the server’s.
When I addressed it with Allison, her excuse was that she thought my daughter was sharing with me , a wrong assumption she never clarified with us. By the time my daughter’s food came from the kitchen, everyone else was nearly finished. We didn’t feel right eating without her, so we waited … and had less than 3 minutes to eat before rushing out.
To top it off, when we tried to get her attention for a box and the bill, she gave us eye contact, ignored us, and had the host bring it over instead. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
There are plenty of better hibachi places where families are treated with respect and attention. We will not be back.
had a very late dinner after theme park, stuffs are still very professional and polite. awesome food, very clean environment.

1st visit to Mizu. This used to be Oshi a few years ago. It's located in the Tilghman St shopping center across from the movie theater. Lots of parking. Prices were competitive and portions were nice. My mushroom soup was excellent and both sushi rolls were good. Service was pleasant. I would like to see an expanded sushi roll menu. I did not do the hibachi just the dine in. Will return

Restaurantji Recommends
The food was made with too much oil. The floor was slippery and dangerous for older people to navigate. The help was pleasant. They need a good cleaning service for their floors..and the tables ..

I'm working in Allentown, PA this week, and my colleagues and I decided to go out for hibachi. I had this spot saved from last year and had also seen it recommended on social media, so we decided to give it a try.
The restaurant is surprisingly spacious. In the front, there are 12-15 booths and tables for regular menu dining, and in the back, there are about 8 hibachi grills with lots of seating for the cook-in-front-of-you experience. Since it wasn't busy at all during our visit, we opted for hibachi at the grill.
It's worth noting - I understand it's been over 95 degrees lately, but with all the grills out in the open, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot, to the point where we were sweating while we ate.
I ordered the two-protein combo with steak and chicken. This usually comes with soup, salad, vegetables, two shrimp, and rice. I requested no vegetables and asked to substitute noodles for rice, with extra noodles (knowing there would be an additional charge, which I was fine with).
Unfortunately, that's where the experience fell short. My order arrived without the extra noodles I requested, yet I was still charged for them. When I asked about it, the waitress seemed confused, as if no one had ever requested to swap rice for noodles before. She was really nice but very confused about my request and if I'm paying for something, I want what I ordered. On top of that, the steak was very chewy, even though I ordered it medium.
The food itself was typical hibachi fare - decent, but nothing special. The experience overall left a lot to be desired, especially being charged for something I didn't receive. I didn't want to create more confusion or cause a scene, so l let it go, but I likely wouldn't return. There are plenty of hibachi places back home that handle these types of requests without issue, so next time I'm in town, I'll check out other options.

We have been there twice. My brother's family loves it too and had my niece's family birthday gathering there yesterday. They wrote a cute menu separate for her birthday.
They cook the gluten-free dairy-free needs back in the kitchen. The chefs are fun at the hibachi table.
There Japanese soda choices are the natural version using sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. They do not have artificial colors in the soda either.
My daughter loves their avocado rolls. I love their hibachi which includes the choice of squid along with the common choices.
We will keep going even though there are closer hibachi restaurants.

The one thing I would say Mizu got right was the order. However, I was somewhat dissatisfied upon Unveiling my food where I was met with an absurd quantity of call teriyaki chicken and Gyoza. The spicy salmon roll had a consistency of fish paste, and the shrimp tempura roll fell apart like a Crumbl cookie.
We ordered to go, the food was very nicely packed, and very fresh. Appealing to the eye and the mouth.
