We love Mizu Sushi & Hibachi. They have great chefs that are a lot of fun with the guests. The food is incredible. We have been there a few times and will continue to go back. Food was A1 this is real hibachi….The closest thing to Benihanas and the experience was AMAZING the chef was really nice… he was cool with my husband seafood allergy and made sure his food was separate. We will be back ❤️Kid-friendliness: The chef blew up cute kid balloons during the cooking process Also let them get a kick out of the water gun shot ?

Ordered 5 rolls to-go during lunch time. The atmosphere inside of Mizu seemed like a pretty nice spot (although I went at an off-time so it was not busy).The girl working the front was very pleasant and welcoming. Got a pick 2 and pick 3 lunch special. I ordered 4 regular maki rolls (tuna, 2 yellowtail and salmon) and a spicy salmon. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The yellowtail had nice marbling and seemed like a good cut of fish. The spicy roll was also delicious as it had just the right amount of spice and tempura flakes.The rolls were of decent size and seemed to be a good value. Although I can’t speak for any other menu options I would definitely consider returning as it is one of the better places in Allentown.

Tonight was my first time coming here. I arrived 35 minutes before closing time for some take-out as I work overnight and generally eat around 10/11pm. The young lady at the front desk was sooo nice. I asked if they had a crunchy roll and she politely informed me of 3 other rolls I might enjoy. I chose the dynamite roll and it was delicious, warm and a wonderful recommendation. While I waited she offered me water. She was so kind and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning, maybe even tomorrow to dine-in with family this time lol.

Just wanted to drop a quick review about my experience at Mizu Sushi and Hibachi Steakhouse. Heads up, it wasn't great. We had a reservation locked in, but it was like it didn't even matter. We ended up not getting seated at all, which was a major bummer. The service really missed the mark, and it kinda put a damper on the whole evening. It's a shame when you're geared up for some good sushi and hibachi, and the night just doesn't pan out. Definitely think they need to step up their game in the hospitality department. The place looked super nice too. Ambiance was okay. Not great. Hope this heads-up helps! Best.

The staff is exceptionaly pleasant. Very inviting atmosphere. Food was by far top 2 for hibachi in the Lehigh Valley. This will be my family's new go to for hibachi. Definitely would recommend it.

Ordered online and picked up in store on Valentine's Day, had no issues with the order or the pick-up and my date loved it. I like how slim the menu is- plenty of options without feeling overwhelmed, great balance. We definitely have plans for a dine in date night here!
New place decided to give it a try. Beautiful inside, they messed up my takeout order not a big deal, they fixed it and we attempted to eat the mushiest sushi that was warm and fell apart. Threw it away. Won’t be

Mizu has the same owner as Sumo in Allentown and Mizu followed suit. It is outstanding!! It's got a little more room for seating and hibachi tables unlike Sumo. The quality of the food is very very good. The portions are on the larger side and the prices are very reasonable at today's standards. The service is quick and pleasant and it is spotless clean! Highly recommend this place!

I order take out from here all the time and have not been dissappinted. 3 rolls, soup, and salad for 15 dollars is a great lunch deal. The fish is always fresh and consistently good. I never have to wait terribly long for take out. Staff is very kind!
