I walked into the place seeing the owner belittling and harassing his employees so bad i even felt the hostile work environment simply as a customer.
I am a customer service auditor of my own business and I wouldn't recommend this place as I felt threatened with my own life as I walked in.
If I was the employees I would get an employee rights lawyer for multiple laws being broken by the owner.

Wow ! This breakfast here was absolutely delicious ! 🤤 I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon bagel. Delicious. Will be a repeat customer! The coffee was great too. Very professional. Will be visiting again.

It is always a pleasure visiting the employees of Ms. Velvet’s. The owner Carlos is such a kind human who is constantly giving back to the community.
