New Garden Chinese Restaurant

My family and I would order from this Chinese restaurant quite often, we were always pleased with our orders and service. However on 9/23 when we placed an order my boyfriend and I both got sick. We ordered General Tso's chicken & vegetable fried rice, a shrimp roll, steamed dumplings, beef & broccoli, pork fried rice, and egg foo young. Our order was $51.73 total, we were told we could only be refunded about $20. On 9/25 when we went to the restaurant a woman working there told us she was sorry we got sick from the food but when we noticed we got sick from it we should have called the restaurant and brought back the food. We ate a majority of the food, we brought back the dumplings, general tso's chicken, vegetable fried rice, and a shrimp roll. I told the woman we brought back what we could and asked her how could we bring back all the food if it was thrown up? The food tasted like mush & chemicals. All we wanted was a full refund of $51.73 and after ordering here for years I'm disappointed we couldn't get that. We will not be ordering from here again!!!

Best Chinese in Allentown. I would get mine from China Hut in Whitehall but they do not deliver to my area. This place is good. best tasting plain lo mien , all kinds of rice, chicken wings, combo platters and curry. The delivery is always on time, food is always hot and order are made as requested... Online ordering is easy and staff respond quickly.

Half chicken was fried to the point the meat was completely dry and overcooked. Hot and sour was the worst I've tasted. I've been going there for three years and the food is going down hill. It used to be very good.

Best Chinese food in town! They’re clean, portions are great and price friendly.

I LOVE LOVE this place. They have the BEST chinese food out of any place else. The staff is friendly and it’s always clean.
If you haven’t ate there get your money and get up there.

I have been eating at New Garden since they opened. The food is reliable and pricing is good. I have a review already for this restaurant, but this is a specific review for a specific reason.

For over 2 years now, I have been unlucky enough to get my food delivered by the male driver whose FINGER NAILS gross me out everytime he hands me the food, not to mention that he ALWAYS rounds the total up when he gets to your door, like you won't notice.

Please. PLEASE!! make him cut his finger nails. They are way too long; and stop the nonsense with rounding the total. That's the customer's decision.

Had this place for Christmas dinner. Was much better then I could have predicted. Had lo mein and crab ragoon. All delicious and saucy.

2 days ago we ordered pork fried and shrimp ordered of pork fried rice. The rice was not cooked and the shrimp was hard to eat and we ordered sweet and sour came in a while container and the container was not closed right. My wife called the ordered to delivered and said we needed change of $100 When the person came with the food he told my wife that the $100 was no good but CVS cashed it with no problem. My wife and ask to speak to the owner and was told the manager is busy and will call us back still waiting since yesterday. We will never order from they!
