We went in for a couple slices for my son. Always saw the place when visiting the area each year but never stopped in. This year we stopped and found out that it was recently purchased under new owners. Well let me say that the pizza my son had was so fresh, thin, and crispy. My husband & I actually split a slice, and wow it was really good. So crispy also. Then we ordered garlic knots and they were so good. A lot of fresh chopped garlic on top of the garlic knots which I love. Definitely will visit again. The staff and service are so friendly and nice.

Update: went back for a 2nd time on 7/11/25. The people are still so nice and even though I wanted to try a Stromboli, the italian hoagie was so good last time... I had to have it again. It was again SLAMMIN!!! Its my new favorite place for a hoagie. Got the kids a pizza. They were happy with it. Its definitely a place worth trying.
Tried this place because of a clipp coupon. The people who work there are very nice!!! The Italian hoagie was packed with flavor. I asked for pickles, sweet and hot peppers to be added. The size was perfect for my husband and I, and the price was fair. It came with fries, which reminded me of old school McDonalds fries...back when McDonalds had good fries. The pizza crust was thin. That didn't bother me tho because I don't eat that part. I added my own fresh garlic, buffalo sauce and ranch. It is something I always do. It was very good. I will definitely go back. I'd like to try a Stromboli since the last one I got from somewhere else was lousy.
good job Nick's Bistro. I'm glad I bought that coupon!

I had an opportunity to spend time with the owner, Triny. I got the steak quesadillas. It was one of the best quesadillas I’ve had in the Lehigh Valley. She used all fresh ingredients. The size of the quesadilla was humongous, and the prices are very fair. If you get an opportunity, please go visit her and her husband and give them your business. You won’t be disappointed

Good cheesesteak, came out quick and fresh. Would come here again. Stopped by here on a long journey to NC and wanted a refill on my drink but they refused because they only give refills on larges, didn’t tell me that when I placed my order though. I feel like that’s a pretty silly policy.

Best pizza and good price

The chewiest wings I've ever had! Skin was I don't even know. They were over cooked but the skin was not crispy in the slightest. It had the texture of raw chicken skin. The actual chicken had zero seasoning like not even salt and pepper.

Glad to see I'm not the only poor review here. When I returned to store to question the quality of a overpriced pie, I was told I'm the first complaint. $32 for a Roma pie, which is considered off menu now, plus 2 topping which were canned mushrooms and frozen broccoli. They tried to justify the price of this horrible pie and did nothing to make it right and tried to hand me a new menu, ha! Not a chance don't waste your money. This pizza was good at one time.

I went there 2x in 1 week and they had none of the plain pizza. Sad. Everyone doesn't eat pizza with toppings.

ordered 1 hour ahead for pickup at scheduled time. got there about 5 min before time and recieved cold food. thet said it wasn't cold and was prepared fresh but offered 15% on my next order. won't be ordering from here again. order was done and sitting on top of pizza oven for about 20 minutes minimum id guess from working in pizza places and restaurants since 16. offered to remake but you try getting your 4yr old back in the car and drive to get a new pizza after wrangling him the first time.

Usual mediocre “macungie” pizza. Good not great. However being a veteran I like to see they support. As for the “style” of pizza it’s definitely NYC so thin crust is to be expected. Most people reviewing this place think cheesesteaks automatically come with sauce and onions, and pierogies are side dish so take it for what it’s worth. Pizza is good, prices fair.

Wide selection of foods for such a tiny place. It shares space with Rita’s.

Server was overwhelmed because we had 8!people in our group. We got pizza and I was the only one who got a sub. Pizza crust was super thin and sauce was very watery.

I had ordered banana peppers on my sub knowing there was an extra charge for them. When I got it, I noticed they weren’t there but didn’t say anything (I know I know I should have something) until she charged me for them. All she said when I told her that I didn’t get them was “oh my b, I must have forgot when I made it” I thought that was a little odd.

When we sat down, we weren’t aware that they only take cash tips. They take card for payments but not tips. We paid card and then realized we couldn’t leave a tip! Thankfully someone in our party had enough cash. I would never not tip even if the food wasn’t good.

Prices didn’t match the quality of the food.

Bathrooms weren’t the best and women’s restroom was out of have soap.
