I called for delivery today due to my fiancé having surgery this morning and me not being able to leave the house. After it ringing quite a few times, they answer and put me on hold once I say “delivery”. Understandable, could be busy. I was dumbfounded when she came back on the phone and asked me to hold again because “the internet is being slow”. Are we past the point of being capable of taking an order with pen and pad? If someone is ordering food and paying with cash, you shouldn’t need more than a calculator at most. But maybe thats just me. Really sucks because Nicks is close to my house, has decent pizza and I get my fiancé Rita’s there a lot. I won’t be back after this.

It's one of the few top pizzas in the valley. Like the top two. Regular pie or sicilian are great. The only pizzas I can heat in the oven the next day and are still delicious. Normal pizza from a pizzeria usually gets bad after a few hours, I reheat Nick's in the oven hours later, and it tastes fresh. Highly, highly, recommended.

Food is good, BUT, they use Door dash for delivery and they steal your soda. The pizza place is still responsible for us getting our food whether they outsource it or not. When this happened at another local pizza shop, the owner took the price of the soda off my bill which I thought was very fair. I do not suggest using Nick's for delivery.

There are 7 places within 2 miles of this restaurant to get slices of pizza... please consider any of them but this "bistro" ...went for lunch today...the crust was black and burnt... the employees' only response was that they normally serve hot unburnt pizza... that was it... no apology or offer to replace...flat tasteless pizza... terrible food, terrible service... keep driving!

Wish I could leave a negative stars. If your ok with a one stop slop shop this is your place. The wife and I just ordered 2 classic cheesesteaks with fries to go. It took 10mins to make to make 2 cheesesteaks. Not to mention we paid about 35$ for soggy cold food. Now we only live 2 minutes down the road. When we got home the bag that had our food in was dropping from grease the cheesesteaks were soggy as hell and fries were cold. I will never shop there again.i would rather eat tornadoes from the gas station or just starve.

Oct 27th we called in a panic because after my Uncles Celebration of life we planned on meeting at Rita’s in Schnecksville… we had called a week in advance and had everything set up for a large group and chocolate cherry gelati’s were a guaranteed flavor… well we get to Rita’s Schnecksville and they were closed.Nicks understood our situation gave us quick directions to get to them and had extra cherry and chocolate ready for us when our large group arrived. They came outside and put up the umbrellas made sure we had a great experience…. Thank you for saving the day! You now have a large group of new customers who will be happy to come to your restaurant!!!!

Ordered through the Slice app. After an hour with no delivery we tried calling the shop, no answer. We contacted Slice and they confirmed the order was on the way and would be delivered in 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes we reach back out to slice and are told they cancelled our order!! Horrible service we will never order from here again!
