Had an awful experience at the outback in Trexlertown/Allentown - which could have easily been ok if the management would have been empathetic And kind. We waited almost an hour for our food, and people that came after us received their food before us, multiple tables. And then the steaks were overcooked, grilled cheese for our little girl was cold.

The waitress Eliza was very kind and apologetic - however the manager Vichy (I believe was her name) was extremely rude when she came to “apologize” for our experience and then left half way through my boyfriend expressing his dissatisfaction, she never ever apologized just came to say I heard you steak was not great and when we didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes for a steak she just left mid way through the convo.

Also not that we were looking for any discount, but to have had to pay in full for such a dissatisfaction of a meal and service was the cherry on top.

It was fine....definitely not Longhorn steakhouse. We sat at the first table by the door. It was cold out. Someone waiting kept the door open, and the host didn't tell them to shut it, so it got very cold, and the food quickly turned cold. The soups were really delicious. The steak was just ok. The cheesecake was...cheesecake. The price was fair.

Decent variety of beer, too bad the chef doesn't know how to cook. I took the most expensive steak on the menu, I asked for it Blue Rare, it arrived more than well done and full of pepper. Asparagus and broccoli were fine. My friend had a hamburger, thinking that in the USA, not knowing how to cook, they would be able to serve the traditional dish. The bread was spongy and the appearance was not so different from that of McDonald's... We ate because we were hungry and to avoid being surprised with a new dish. Rather than thinking about Greenland it would be better to focus on the little things.

First time here Drinks where good waitress was kick ass but $35 for a small steak and lobster tail it was not your money worth. Not coming back. Only reason I give a 3 star becuase the waitress was very attentive and my margarita flight was good.

Excellent steak at a decent price! Recommend the sweet potatoes and asparagus for those looking to get a good tasting, healthier option.

Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options such as a salad, asparagus, mixed vegetables, loaded potatoes or sweet potatoes, etc

Dietary restrictions: If you’re eating a healthy low sodium diet this is good for you.

I took my mom to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate her birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Dalton, was absolutely fantastic—super knowledgeable about the menu and incredibly sweet. He went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday special, even surprising her with a delicious dessert on the house. Our meals were cooked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere made for a great night. Excellent service, great food, and a memorable experience—highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back.

worked there. the staff front and back house (if you know you know)are way over worked for almost nothing they give 2.83 an hours. When i was there 4 microwaves. did your mac and cheese come out of a fresh baked pan? Nope in the micro bag squeezed into an oval topped with crumbs under a heat lamp. Lobster tails are microwaved in a weird yellow dish brushed butter and topped with paprika Anyway responses dont come from an owner. Proprietors are managers. they bait them for years telling them they'll one day get their own store. work them like dogs then they make them pay a huge amount of money to get their "own" store or will have to give back in % of sales for YEARS. yours sales arent up? Bye Felicia Anyone get the bot response? I said i worked there and they said sorry we hope to make your next experience better lol

Had an amazing experience. Stopped by for our 23 anniversary. And your staff made it feel so special. The wait time was none existent. Restaurant was nice and clean. And the waitress was super nice. When it came down to the food that's were they really shined. I have a prime rib with uploaded baked potato and steam veggie and it was too notch. I highly recommend this restaurant. And ask for our server Alyssa R. She was fantastic. Fastest server I've ever had. And the food was hot and accurate A++++

I asked ahead of time if they have classic prime rib and they said yes. I got a seared seasoned piece of meat. They replaced it for me with another seared piece of meat-not a classic prime rib. They said they only had rare prime rib and sear it to bring it up to temperature. No other restaurant or outback does this. They said it is so that they sell what they have and don’t waste food. My date night was ruined. I would have ordered something different if they would have told me they didn’t have prime rib. Why lie.
