PJ's at the Walbert offers a fantastic atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable for my family. Sipping orange crushes on the patio on a beautiful day is the perfect way to relax. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We ordered to pick up for Saturday evening dinner. I have to say that we ordered wings and the shrimp tacos. They were crazy good! I just have to say their chili lime shrimp tacos may be the best shrimp tacos i've ever had. We got the Korean BBQ for the wings..Again just terrific....and it's right down the street from our house!

In the past, my boyfriend and I would go to P.J. at the Walbert 2-3 times a month. We got to know the bartender and the bar manager. At some point, there was a change in staff, and we stopped going to P.J.'s. Covid came and went, and we still did not go to P.J.'s. Tonight, my daughter was visiting from Florida, and I decided to go to P.J.'s. It was Wednesday night around 6pm. Although there were customers in the restaurant area and some in the bar area, it was not over busy. No one was eating outside. My daughter ordered a wicked chicken sandwich. It was supposed to come with ranch dressing on the side. The bartender placed two small containers on the table with the sandwich. My daughter poured one of the containers on half of her sandwich. She took a couple of bites and said it did not taste right. I tasted one of the side containers and determined it was tartar sauce. The second container was ranch. The bartender asked if everything was okay, and my daughter explained she had put tartar sauce on half of her sandwich. The bartender apologized and walked away. She came back and placed a container of ranch on the table and walked away. This sandwich was $16.99. I had nachos and they had cheese, meat and a few caramelized onions. It was very disappointing and also $16.99. I ordered hot wings to go. The bartender brought us the check, and it was the total for our dinner and drinks. My daughter asked the bartender for an itemized bill showing what each item cost. After 20 plus minutes we finally received the wings and the itemized bill. After paying $70.00 dollars and a tip we left.

Update as of 5/18
Tonight was the worst night i have ever seen at this location! I have never sat waiting to have someone say, is there anything else we could get you? The food runner dropped off my salad and took off like a bat out of hell, the girl working the bar, was more worried about talking to ppl at the other end of the bar, instead of checking in on her customers. Sad day for this place!
