The customer service here was good, and it seemed like the staff enjoyed working together possibly even family, though I’m not certain. The pizza itself was solid, about an 8/10 for me. Personally, I would have preferred it a bit crispier.

The reason for my 3 star rating is due to food handling concerns. None of the employees were wearing gloves, and there were about five people working at the time. For example, I watched one worker ring up orders at the register, touch the counter, open the cooler, grab items from inside, and then prepare a sandwich, all without putting on gloves.

They have catered our bus trips for the last 3 years, and their food and service can't be beat!

Frozen and microwaved meatballs. I gave the $15.00 sub away. Pizza sucks

Great food. It was really good. I tried many Italian food places in the Lehigh Valley and i find Palumbos to be the best.

I found this place to be a bust. The attendees are rude and the differential with how They treat their customers is super weird. You should make everyone who CHOOSES to spend their dollar with YOU feel warm and welcome. On top of all That the pizza was less than appealing. Wet, soggy, etc just plain gross. They'll NEVER see Me again.

OK let me break this down for you guys. I’ve been searching for the best pizza in Lehigh Valley, and I finally found it here at Palumbo. The reason why this pizzeria takes the prize is because it’s the first pizza that actually has flavor. You can smell the garlic before you open the box. I am so happy that I found this place. Unfortunately, I have to drive to the other side of town on Lehigh Street to get it but it’s worth it. It is absolutely worth it.
The pizza I’m talking about is the grandma pizza. You will notice that when you walk in the store on their menu it is boldfaced up on the screens. There’s a reason for that: it’s the bomb pizza. My favorite part about it is that it has a first layer of cheese, then the sauce, then cheese on top of that. You can have any toppings you want on the grandma pizza and what I love about it is that it takes up all the real estate in the box! Yes, it is square!
Come on down and enjoy this awesome pizza 🍕
