We ordered to pick up through the drive thru. This was the second time ever going to Panera. My first time at this location. I must say the food was so much better. My sandwich was perfect. My children's food was great too. The grilled cheese was a little on the smaller side but it looked so good. My daughter loved it. The French onion soup is pretty good too. Definitely would return when near this location.

Avoid this location if you’re vegan or vegetarian. They put tuna on my sandwich and acted as if it was no big deal. I was physically nauseous for 2 days. Manager said I was overreacting And upsetting the young boy that made the mistake. She kept rolling her eyes at me so I made a scene. She was o my worried about her employee being upset. Mind you, he was laughing about it. I also do not think tuna should be near the hummus to avoid this. Avoid this location!!

There was 4 pieces of corn and a giant lettuce stem in my salad, I am deadly allergic to corn. If i ate corn i would have immense diarrhea in the bathroom, and their teenage workers should do a better job at keeping unnecessary condiments in my salad. 1 star.

This is a smaller Panera and their service isn't as good as others I've been to. But it is clean, and services ok. At quiet times it can be pleasant.but it can feel crowded easily.

This place is a bit hard to locate and the parking is not the best. However, once inside you are in for a great experience. the food was fresh and had good flavor. the place was clean with fireplace - great for cold winter.

special kudos to the young gentleman who worked as manager during my visit. his name is Even. his attentiveness and professionalism impressed me, there was something special about him that I rarely see at this restaurants these days. he even deliver the food to our table. we didn't even request this to be done but he did it anyway - very good service! the young lady that took our order was also helpful, the manager was helping her with a question we had. kitchen staff also pleasant. Great service all around!

I came into Panera around 6:30 PM to meet an old friend for dinner, and it was just delightful. The food was absolutely wonderful—warm, fresh, and full of flavor. I had the roasted turkey and avocado BLT, and my friend couldn’t stop talking about how good the mac and cheese was. What impressed me the most, though, was the young man who helped us. His name tag said Justin, and despite the store being quite busy, he was so kind and patient with everyone. It’s rare to see a young man with such respect for the elderly and such great service. He truly made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for dinner again soon!

I stopped in for some dinner at about 5 o’clock on the 29th and it was such a pleasant experience, the cashier was patient with me and my girlfriend while we figured out what we wanted to get and the food was phenomenal! I asked for the two gentlemen’s names who made our sandwiches, which was Justin and James, because they were so polite and pleasant when they called me up for my food and made sure it was all fine, definitely stopping by again!

This experience made me hate Panera Bread, and I will never return to any Panera ever. My order was a toasted chicken frontega sandwich and cream of chicken wild rice soup. At first I opened the soup, and it was not creamy. It was super watery. I have 3 stars for customer service because they at least replaced my soup with chicken noodle. This was also watery, but it’s okay. The sandwich was completely cold, including the chicken. How is a toasted sandwich completely cold? I think because I did a takeout order, the quality was much lower. It sure tells you the integrity of a franchise when you order takeout and eat inside. Who do they prioritize? Not the customer, and that is why I will never return. 1 star!

Way too expensive and they want you to tip while you do most of the work.

We used to order from this Panera often for Bagels or for lunch on the weekend. The service and food WAS great.. I’m writing this review because this has changed dramatically. Today was the final straw. Ordered bagels and they arrived undercooked. White on the outside and Wet dough in the center! everything bagel had almost no seasoning on the outside of it .
I called and was told that “yeah the guy who made the bagels last night did it differently. He doesn’t usually work at this one “. She Went on to say that she tried to put them in the oven for 10 minutes so that they’d be fully cooked and then sent them out to us. She also indicated that Part of the problem was that we didn’t order them toasted in advance. When I replied that we didn’t need them toasted. We just needed cooked bagels, She verbalized understanding. I asked if we could get a cooked batch delivered ASAP. She Explained that she couldn’t make more bagels because it takes several hours to do that and so I opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Unfortunately, this is the fourth problem We’re having with this site. Three times in a Row our orders for lunch were incorrect or the quality delivered was very poor.
I don’t recommend using the tighlman St., Panera anymore.

I ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours to go 2 miles. I got 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies, the price came out to almost $60 just for the sandwiches to show up cold and the smoothies to show up warm. 2 hours is too long, if you can't deliver something in a reasonable time 2 miles away, don't even offer it as an option.
