Ordered pickup. Got there and they didn't have the order. Then after searching they found it. Everything was in it so I went home. Chocolate croissant and soups were great, but the sandwiches were so bad especially for the price. The chicken bacon ranch was just a sauce and slices of chicken, very thin and lifeless. The Italian sandwich SOAKED in oil and limp and lifeless as well. Abysmal service and food considering they don't even make the soup or pastries.

nice panera.. not the world's greatest.. but got the job done. missing straws w smoothie, that kind of sucked. but everything else was fine.
We had a bad experience with doordash and called the store to fix the problem. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get our food. I don’t remember the young woman’s name who helped us but she was the kindest, sweetest, most understanding person who even left a little note for us to have a good night! We HIGHLY appreciate the service and kindness we experienced tonight <3

Many times now I have gotten a Cesar salad and almost everytime now instead of giving me Cesar they give me ranch. I don’t have time to go back and I have to waist it or give it to someone.

I ordered a spicy fiesta chicken sandwich which comes with peppers corn salsa verde and other toppings. I received a chicken sandwich with 3 pc of cilantro chicken and nothing else pretty disappointing. I literally wasted my money. Or whoever was making the sandwich was just lazy and decided to just give me dry sandwich.

I placed a drive-thru rapid pick-up order here and my order was delayed. However, that's not the main issue. The main issue is the wait to get your food once it's actually ready.
I gave my last name at the speaker and even though there's a door right outside the drive-thru where last time they brought my food right out to me to save time, I was asked to wait in line.
After 5 minutes of the line not moving, I went inside to pick up my order because I thought it would be faster. WRONG! I told the cashier along with another employee that I came inside to pick up my order because the line is too long.
After waiting several minutes and asking the same 2 employees AGAIN, the one employee finally grabbed my food for me. Of course it was cold and I had to microwave it when I got home, but that made my sandwich soggy. I understand that it's busy, but it's like they completely forgot about my order. This isn't the first time that's happened either. It's like they don't care about online orders.
It was good experience, clean table and friendly staff. However found Mac and cheese portion small for the cost, veg salad whole bowl was worth the money
