We just left the place we arrived at 9:45 pm and there was nothing. They were washing the floors and they already closed the cash register. So we were 5 people on a road trip that we end up in Applebee’s because of your staff. You close the cash at 10:00 pm not the store.

I generally go to tilghman street Panera same time I never got any problem, as there is traffic I visited Hamilton. I felt very bad experience cherry pastry is not fresh its old one. They gave sandwiches with all bottom parts they are too soft , did not give crunchy experience. Both the items disappointed me so much. I recommend to provide fresh food

Ordered pickup. Got there and they didn't have the order. Then after searching they found it. Everything was in it so I went home. Chocolate croissant and soups were great, but the sandwiches were so bad especially for the price. The chicken bacon ranch was just a sauce and slices of chicken, very thin and lifeless. The Italian sandwich SOAKED in oil and limp and lifeless as well. Abysmal service and food considering they don't even make the soup or pastries.

nice panera.. not the world's greatest.. but got the job done. missing straws w smoothie, that kind of sucked. but everything else was fine.
We had a bad experience with doordash and called the store to fix the problem. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get our food. I don’t remember the young woman’s name who helped us but she was the kindest, sweetest, most understanding person who even left a little note for us to have a good night! We HIGHLY appreciate the service and kindness we experienced tonight <3

Many times now I have gotten a Cesar salad and almost everytime now instead of giving me Cesar they give me ranch. I don’t have time to go back and I have to waist it or give it to someone.

I ordered a spicy fiesta chicken sandwich which comes with peppers corn salsa verde and other toppings. I received a chicken sandwich with 3 pc of cilantro chicken and nothing else pretty disappointing. I literally wasted my money. Or whoever was making the sandwich was just lazy and decided to just give me dry sandwich.
