Thought I'd take a chance on ordering at the drive-through. Every time we get delivery my order is incomplete. Well, they got me again. Got back to the office with food for 4 people and guess what only got food for 3 people. Not sure why they are always unable to get it right but this may be my last order from Panera Trexlertown. Of course they volunteer to credit your account the next time you come in (why can't they do it over the phone) or mail you coupons (just to get you to come back to get an incomplete order again?).

I had specifically asked for no onions and they added it any I told them I’m ALLERGIC I just wish they would have listened and payed attention to the order slip. They stand around talking but can’t get my order

Went there on New Year’s Day, walked in the restaurant well before 10:30 am, took sit and looked at the menu and decided to order as we approached and order started breakfast sandwich front lady Nancy (major Karen), told us so our breakfast end at 10:30 am and now it’s 10:30 am so lunch only and all this time she saw us looking at the menu and didn’t care at all. And we were passing by the area. Wasn’t expecting anything like this from company like panera bread. And she wasn’t even sympathetic or anything about it. And acted like she could care less.

Like SOME of the other Panera locations, they are deciding here that $15+ salad & drink isn't enough, they have to ALSO cut back on the portion of the lettuce as well as if that's going to break the bank!This is pathetic and shameful. We know that inflation is high and times are tough but you have to realize that people have less disposable income than they have had in years and that means less eating out and skimping like this is only going to make it worse.

I ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup for pick up. Upon returning home I discovered that what I got was basically chicken broth. One chunk of chicken, two carrot slices, and 4 noodles in a bowl of broth for $7.99 plus tax. What a rip off!!

First let me say, I've been to many Panera Breads. This one served me the smallest potion of a salad that I've ever had. I spend 21.20 (with a 2 off coupon) just for myself. I almost wanted to ask for more lettuce. But that would seem greedy or something idk. The bread was cold. It's normally warm. The fountain drink area was dirty. I wouldn't come back to this one.
