If your in the section of town (near Josh Early) in Allentown, Perfectly Frank is perfect. Their a small hot dog kitchen with a lot of toppings.YES YOCCO'S - they have saurkraut!!!They serve the same dog as Yocco's and Pott's (Berks). Their a little less money for the same exact dog, but the other two places are not very expensive to begin with.All thre places - Yocco's - Pott's - Perfectly Frank are nearly identical and all fall shor of my expectations. But I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and then moved to Jersey in all fairness. I'd say NY/Jersey dogs are Tier 1, and PA dogs are Tier 3. Generally speaking, NY/Jersey food blows PA away in my biased opinion!
