Sandy was great. Typical diner atmosphere. On par food and prices for breakfast food. Breakfast potatoes are TOP TIER!! Just wanted to note on here that omelettes come with the additions on top not in the omelette . Found it strange, note worthy.

We love their Breakfast any time of the day.
No issue with anything we ordered and it tasted good. I don't really have any major complaints. If I had to come up with any complaint, maybe a little slower service but even that was acceptable.
We was waiting around 20 minutes with no service, but I saw waiters taking care to a customer that arrive later than us, we have to wait until a manager notice that and came and ask for a waiter to take care of us, beside that clean environment, fresh food.

Our server Sienna was so sweet and provided awesome service. Our burgers were delicious as was our pies.
Dirty tables. Waitress not very enthusiastic. Waited forever and they didn't care. Food was mediocre. Floors were dirty. Should have just left after waiting forever
